Are we SURE it wasn’t Wednesday?! Because it definitely felt like HUMP DAY! 🫣🐾😂

In more ways than one… although, to be fair, every day is hump day when Ronnie and Clooney are around! 🤣

But seriously… HOW is it Friday already?! I go away on Monday and currently feel like I have approximately 1,001 things to do before then 😵‍💫 Sometimes I genuinely think it would be easier to just not go away…

Shall I just stay? 🥹😂

Anyway, today we had our usual aggro girlies, Nutty and Lola, our resident bully Wilson, and quite possibly the happiest boy in the entire world, Ozzy! 🥹 Honestly, I bloody LOVE that boy. 💛

Considering Kim’s van is currently down, I’m actually pretty impressed with what we managed today! 😂 Kim squeezed all the tinies into her car while I took the bigger guys, and somehow we made it work! 👏🏻

I’m SO happy we didn’t have to cancel anyone…

Well… apart from Cherry. 🫣😂 Sorry, girl! But let’s be honest, you’re lost without your home gal Narla anyway! 🥹

We’re still trying to figure out Lola’s style of socialising at the moment. She can be a little intense and it’s definitely frightening some of our soft-as-butter doggos 🫣 but we’ll keep working with you, Lola! We’ll get there. 🫶🏻🐾

I also went to see our gorgeous new girl Angel today and, honestly, she really does live up to her name. 😇 Although I’m pretty sure she was also hinting that we should sack everything off and head to the bar for a pint…

I feel ya, girl. 😂🍻

Elsewhere, Kim and Lab Lola had their usual Friday ball date 🥹 and Jasper has apparently decided since we're in October, Halloween preparations can officially begin because he was rockin' them FANGS 🧛🏻‍♂️😂

And that’s it from me for a whole week, my darlings! 🥹💛

Kim will take very good care of you, but you’ll all be deeply missed while I’m away. I’m sure I’ll spend half my holiday wondering what chaos you’re causing without me! 😂🐾

Then it’s straight back into it because the next few weeks are looking VERY exciting…

Some pretty big things are happening at Murph’s Turf and I genuinely cannot wait. 🥹

Don’t worry… the good pictures have RETURNED! 👏🏻🤣

I was back on my game today! 😂 And apparently, so was the chaos…

A massive congratulations to Big Wils and Sika for personally making sure normal Murph’s Turf service resumed! 🫣😂🐾

We had some very cute little friendships blossoming too 🥹 Ruby and Monty and Paddy and Bennie were absolutely hitting it off! 🩷

Meanwhile, W***y Bum developed a slight obsession with Sika’s leg 🦵😂 You know when a toddler attaches itself to your leg and you just… carry on walking with them still clinging on?

Yeah. That. 🤣

It actually worked massively in our favour though because W***y was so… preoccupied… that we managed to get the ball out without him completely losing his mind! 😂 Every cloud and all that!

Sika and Cherry also butted heads today 🫣 but thankfully we spotted the moments brewing and managed to diffuse everything before it went any further. 👏🏻

Bennie was also doing exactly what his trendy bananda states — TRICKS FOR TREATS! 😂👏🏻 Watching that absolute unit haul all that muscle up the ramps definitely counts as a trick in my eyes! 💪🏻

All in all, a really good, really busy and slightly bonkers day… just how we like it! ☺️🐾

Gaw, it’s a bit sunny! ☀️

Cherry was definitely wishing she’d packed her shades today 😎🐾

I’ll admit, I struggled to capture the usual top-tier Murph’s Turf content because of the sun… I SWEAR it wasn’t just me being off my game today! 😂 Every angle was basically ☀️ SUN ☀️

And somehow, we’ve had ANOTHER incredibly quiet day?! What is going on this week?! 🫣😂 I’m starting to get suspicious…

I’ve barely got a voice and my energy levels have officially left the building, so today I happily handed the entertainment responsibilities over to the dogs and Kim. 🙌🏻😂

Don’t worry though… I’m sure normal chaos will resume the second Big Wils steps onto the field tomorrow! 🤣🐾

I’m not crying…

Okay… maybe a little bit.

And just like that, our final beach day of 2026 is DONE! 😢

But don’t worry… there’ll be PLENTY more sandy paws, soggy dogs and seaside chaos coming in 2027! 😁🏖️

Honestly, these beach days have gone better than I ever could’ve imagined. They’re definitely not easy 😂 but seeing the dogs running around, playing in the sea and having the absolute time of their lives makes every second worth it. 💛

I run these beach days for free, but really, they’re my way of saying thank you.

Thank you to every single person who has chosen Murph’s Turf over the years. 🥹 You’ve trusted me with your dogs, supported my little business and continued to choose us, even when there may be cheaper options out there.

And because of you, I get to do things like this. 🩵

None of it would be possible without you. You’ve genuinely helped turn what was once just a dream into my everyday life, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to properly explain how grateful I am for that. 🥹🐾

There’s SO much I could say about what a gorgeous day we’ve had, but I think the photos and videos will tell you everything you need to know. 🥰🌊

Remember when I didn’t used to work Fridays?! 🥱😂

Now they’re somehow my BUSIEST days… but honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! 🐾🩷

How many people can say they spent their Friday afternoon surrounded by dogs?! 🥹 Not many! Best job ever… even when they test every ounce of patience we have 😂

Today definitely wasn’t the easiest group. Lola was struggling a little with safe socialising and decided body-slamming some of the bigger dogs was a fantastic idea 🫣😂 Thankfully, nothing escalated and she did really well at listening and moving away when redirected. Towards the end, we could see her starting to lock in a little too much, so the lead went on — because absolutely nobody wants Friday afternoon drama! 👏🏻

Apart from that, the rest of the gang had an absolute ball… not literally, sorry Murphy! 😂

The session mainly consisted of Paddy desperately begging Bear to play, Ronnie searching the field for a willing female… (or male, he’s really not fussy!) 😂 and poor Jester getting pushed around by our two resident bullies…

Even though Lola found parts of today tricky, she actually did really well for the majority of the session, and there were SO many little wins from everyone else too! 🥹🐾

All in all, a slightly challenging but still brilliant Friday with plenty to be proud of. 🩷🐾

I’ll be seeing a few of these faces again tomorrow for a BEACH TRIP! 🏖️🥹 And then that’s the last of our beach adventures for a little while… which I’m genuinely a bit gutted about because they’ve been SO lovely!

Quality really is better than quantity! 🐾🩷

A lovely little group of 8 today… and to think there was once a time when having 8 dogs felt completely unreachable! 🥹 Now we’re calling it a small group! 😂

And honestly, they were all fantastic! 👏🏻

Bear was back with us and it’s fair to say all the Spaniels were VERY happy to see the older model! 👀😂 Although I think, deep down, Bear was absolutely loving all the attention!

Nova actually PLAYED today! 🥹🐾 Only for a little while, but we’ll take it! She’s usually far too busy following her own strict sniffing schedule to bother with everyone else 😂 so it was lovely to see her joining in.

And can we just appreciate the posing today?! 👏🏻📸 Everyone clearly got the memo because we managed to capture some gorgeous pictures! 🥹🩷

So rather than me rambling on… I’ll shut up and let you enjoy them! 😂🐾

And there we have it… Beach Day No. 2 complete! 🏖️💛

It was always going to be hard to top our first beach day, but I think we came pretty damn close! 🥹

We also had a brand-new member of the gang join us for his first Murph’s Turf adventure…

Everyone, please welcome W***y Bum 😂
(Otherwise known as Wilson… yes, ANOTHER Wilson!)

If you spot a little Jack Russell photobombing his way through some of the pictures — that’s our guy. 🥹

I wasn’t 100% sure how he’d be with such a big group or what his recall would be like, but he was absolutely brilliant. He fitted in with everyone so well and was such a fantastic little addition to the pack already! 💛

Bennie and Nutmeg can both be little sniffers and wanderers 👀 but once they'd got all that important sniffing out of their systems, the hearing ears switched on and they stayed beautifully with the pack. Well done, guys! 👏🏻

Honestly, I’m just so proud of the whole gang. Their recall was incredible, everyone got along brilliantly — even with a brand-new boy thrown into the mix — and most importantly, they all had the BEST time!

Seeing them running around, exploring, playing and just being dogs makes me ridiculously happy. 🐾🥰

Thank you again for another absolutely amazing day! 🩷
