Wholesome & hard work 🐾🩷

Full capacity on a Friday is amazing, but don’t let the cute pictures fool you... this job is hard work! 😂 It’s physical, demanding and absolutely exhausting, but seeing how much fun the dogs have makes every second worth it 👌🏻🐾

Cooper LOVED the sand, Ronnie was making new friends (much to Clooney’s dismay 😂), and Nutmeg continues to improve every session — so playful now with hardly any grumpiness!

Olive even got stuck into the sandpit, obstacles and some play today, which made me SO happy to see! 🥹👏🏻

Bennie has been so much happier recently and just wants to be around us and the other dogs. He didn’t even want to leave today! 🥰

Now Nutmeg is staying over for a chilled Friday evening with me and Murph 🩷🐾

A very good Tuesday with the BEST group of dogs! 🩷🐾

Everyone, please welcome Luna, our American Staffy Cross! 🫶🏻 She’s a BIG girl with plenty of puppy energy still, but she is absolutely fantastic! 🥰 She got on brilliantly with everyone and settled into the gang so well.

She did manage to knock Cherry over at one point thanks to having absolutely zero spatial awareness 😂 but all is well, and I’m sure she’ll get the hang of it eventually! Although, if she’s learning from Chester, she hasn’t got much hope… 😂 Chester has an entire field to play in but still chooses to start his games directly underneath your feet! He’s nearly taken both me and Kim out multiple times! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Big Wils got it ALL again today 🫣 I mean, multiple blows to the neck, legs and ears, and he just takes it all in his stride! Big Wils is built different! 😂🩷

Paddy was definitely feeling a little giddier than usual today. He was running up to every single dog and throwing his entire body over them 😂 The patience these dogs have with him is honestly incredible! 🥹

Using a different field today (The Dog Pitch). It was great! We had so many different obstacles and bits of agility to have a go at, so Big Wils and Cherry got to show off some of their tricks! 👌🏻

Jax was OBSESSED with Burnie today. And I mean VERY obsessed 😂 Poor Burnie could barely get a rest, but judging by his face, he really didn’t seem to care! 😂🫶🏻

It was such a super day, chaotic, crazy and completely full-on… but absolutely awesome! 🐾🥹

Please can we have more days like this?! 🩷

Some scenes from today… 🫣😂

There was DEFINITELY something in the air today because everyone was absolutely bonkers! 🤭🐾

Big up to Wils, who got the party started not once, not twice, but MULTIPLE times! And yes… he actually got everyone chasing him! 😂 Not including my boy, obviously 👀 But this is such a rare occurrence and a very special moment when it happens, so you’ve definitely made my day there, boy! 🥹🩷 (See the last video!)

Cherry & Narla quite literally didn’t give each other’s necks a break today 😂 And when they weren’t busy with each other, Wils was getting it double-time, with one girl on each side of his neck! 😂 Such a pimp! 🤣

Our tiny-legged doggos were somehow keeping up with the fastest of the gang, and I honestly cannot believe how quickly Monty and Dipper can move! 💨😂 Poor little Dipper definitely had his work cut out for him today… and he most certainly got trampled a couple of times in the process! 🫣😂

Bennie seemed to find himself a good little companion in fellow Staffy, Luna, who is currently boarding with us 🫶🏻 They made quite the pair! 🥰

And WHAT a busy day! I think we had 14 dogs at the field, 5 drop-ins, a solo walk and 7 daycare dogs, all split between me and Kim! 😳🐾

Honestly, I absolutely LOVE how quickly we’re growing… but at this rate, we’re going to need an entire army soon! 😂😍

Not that I’m complaining! 🥹🩷

Content was a little poor today… sorry guys! 😂🐾

I didn’t realise quite how much the lack of sunshine affects my pictures! 😢 I’m already dreading winter and the dark, gloomy photos that come with it 😂

There were loads of friendships, and non-friendships, unfolding today! 😂 Wilson was mistaken for Cherry MANY times, which caused quite a bit of confusion amongst the gang! 🙈

Luca was being his super-social, playful self today, and we absolutely LOVE a happy Luca! 🥹🩷

Dipper was simply happy to be alive, and Murphy was equally delighted… once the ball made an appearance! 😂

And poor Wilson… bless him. He genuinely couldn’t catch a ball if he tried. Even when it bounced off his head and landed directly in front of him, he still somehow missed it! 😂 Poor lad! 🙈

Kim is taking over the rest of the week for me again, and I’m already getting upset at the thought of not seeing my gang for the next two days 😒😂 Sometimes I genuinely think I’d rather stay here than go away!

Hopefully Kim will be able to get some much better pictures for the rest of the week because I was seriously lacking in the content department today! 😂🐾

What an absolute belter of a day! 👌🏻☀️🐾

Firstly, Chicken and Big Wils were VERY pleased to see each other! 🩷😂

Chicken was being the biggest flirt, while Wilson behaved himself incredibly well under the circumstances… although I’m sure he was very tempted! 😂🙈

And of course, a massive HAPPY 5TH BIRTHDAY to our Big Wils! 🥳🎂🤩

We had a smaller group than usual at Unleashed today, and honestly… it was rather refreshing! 😊 It meant we could spend a little more one-on-one time with everyone, squeeze in some agility training here and there, and just enjoy a really chilled session together 🐾🩷

It still amazes me that I get to spend my days surrounded by dogs. Honestly, this really is the best job in the world. 🥹🐶 And somewhere along the way, I’ve also found an absolute best friend in 🫶🏻

I’m so incredibly grateful that life has led me to where I am today. Five years ago, I never would have imagined I’d be here, doing what I do, surrounded by such an amazing bunch of dogs and people. Sometimes it’s nice to take a step back, appreciate what you have and just take it all in. 🥹🤍

Feeling very lucky today. 🐾

Sunny Monday 🌤️🐾

A lovely little stroll with Chicken this morning! It took her a good 20 minutes to stop ragging me around 😂 but once she settled, she walked like an absolute angel 😇 Poor girly is in season, so she’s definitely missing her pals, but she’ll be back with the gang very soon 🩷🐾

Little Wilson is still sporting his dodgy eye, and although the chaotic levels have definitely dropped, he still somehow manages to bully on occasion where he deems necessary 😂

The ice lolly hat got plenty of use today… possibly too much use! 😂 Ozzy decided it would make an excellent game of chase, running around with it firmly between his slobbery chops while encouraging everyone else to chase him 🫣

Cooper desperately wants to join in with all the fun, but he’s still ever so cautious 🥹 His confidence has come on massively since he first started with us though, and it’s so lovely watching him grow! 👏🏻🩷

A lovely little start to the week… although I could have done without quite so much humpy energy today! 🙃 And yes, it was BAD. Naming no names… Ronnie, Lab Wilson and Paddy 👀

The hu***ng saga needs to end, boys! 😂🙄

Sometimes things just don’t go to plan… and that’s okay 🤍🐾

What matters most is the people (and dogs) around you who support you, pick you up when things get tough and remind you that you’re never really on your own. 🫶🏻

Today was a bit of a mixed bag. We had a mixture of field sessions, including a local non-secured walk with the help of my husband 🫶🏻 Honestly, I’m so grateful for you always stepping in and helping me when I need it most. ❤️

And of course, a huge shoutout to all my doggies who helped make today a little easier! Exceptional travelling, some very strong recall ears and just generally being the absolute best little crew. 🥹 I’m so proud of you all!

The secured field session didn’t entirely go to plan due to a situation that happened today which I don’t want to go into detail about, especially on a Friday afternoon. What’s done is done. Sometimes life can be incredibly cruel, but I’m surrounded by the best dogs in the world, and somehow that makes everything feel a little more okay. 🤍🐾

Anyway… the weekend is here! 🙌🏻 Let’s try and make it a good one!

And hopefully, with the best colleague in the world back next week, things will go a little more swimmingly! 🫶🏻

A massive thank you to both and Libby Rose Firth for helping me out so much today. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without you both! 🩷
