Having cared for this family's much-loved pets over the years, it means a great deal to know that they continue to place their trust in us. They recently shared these very personal words after saying goodbye to their beautiful girl.

"I lost my baby girl, my most beautiful girl in the world, who is now running free and can see again. Diabetes took my beautiful girl in the end.

I've always used Forget Me Not for my babies when they have gone over the rainbow bridge and would not trust anyone else to take care of them. You are so passionate about your job and give us paw parents time to say goodbye to our babies, and nothing is a bother to you.

The driver who came to pick up my baby girl today was absolutely amazing and gave me the time and space to let my baby girl go. He was so compassionate and let me take my time to say goodbye.

Thank you all for taking care of my babies."

When Maxi passed, having reassurance that he was being looked after with care and dignity was incredibly important to his family. They kindly shared these words with us about their experience.

"I can't thank Forget Me Not Pet Crematorium enough. From when I first called them on Monday when Maxi passed, to today, only 48 hours later, I have him home with me.

Despite me being a pest and calling multiple times over the last two days worried about Maxi, every member of staff I spoke to was understanding and compassionate each time I called, assuring me Maxi would be treated with dignity and well looked after.

What has been a really difficult 48 hours was made that much easier with the service I have received. His casket looks great, and the key rings with his hair and the paw prints are a nice little memento to keep.

Thanks for taking great care of my baby on his last journey."

It was our privilege to look after Maxi and make sure his family had the reassurance they needed while he was in our care.

Some moments stay with people long after they've happened. Teddy's family recently shared these kind words with us about their experience.

"Lovely, reassuring experience from Forget Me Not. I had the heartbreaking decision of having my Newfoundland dog euthanised at home. Unfortunately, the vet was running late, but the men from Forget Me Not waited and were so patient.

I specifically want to thank the youngest man who was there to take Teddy, as he put the blanket over him and said, 'Don't worry, big lad, I'll take care of you,' which meant a lot during this upsetting time. I got his ashes, fur, paw prints and a certificate back a couple of days later. Thank you ❤️"

Our sincere thanks to Teddy's family for sharing these words with us. It's a privilege to care for every pet entrusted to us, and we're grateful to have been part of Teddy's journey.

Albie’s family kindly shared these words with us following his care.

I recently lost my little dog Albie. Forget Me Not was used by the vets. Everything was dealt with directly between the two, minimising the need for upsetting phone calls to organise things.

A lovely lady rang me after a couple of days to make arrangements and let me know that Albie was with them and being cared for. My wishes were followed, and Albie was brought home to us within a few days, which was included in the fee (we're not local).

The Cleopatra Urn we chose from the brochure, given to us by the vet, is lovely and has taken pride of place in my living room. Kieron coped well with me crying on the doorstep (sorry Kieron) and showed care and compassion at a difficult time.

I highly recommend Forget Me Not.

Loss doesn’t follow a schedule, and neither should care.

Some moments require time, patience and reassurance, and we believe those moments should never be rushed.

Every family is different, and every goodbye unfolds in its own way.

Taking the time that’s needed is part of showing respect for both the pet and the people who love them.

Harry’s family kindly shared these words with us after saying goodbye to their boy.

"Forget Me Not really are the best. I've used their services twice now. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our boy Harry go.

From the phone call I made to arrange to have him picked up from the vets, to them returning him home, they really are respectful and understanding and I felt so reassured they would treat Harry with the dignity he deserved.

During a very difficult time, Forget Me Not make things that bit easier. Thank you so much."
