No walks today house visits only, I have sent a text out but also wanted to pop a post on for a quick reminder that I’m off next week, it’s my turn for a holiday 🥳 👙 🌴 🍹

I travel back on the 24th and will be back to work as normal from Tuesday 25th

Morning everyone,

Walks are going ahead, I will be slightly earlier. It looks to not peak until after dinner and I should have all walks done by 12 ish as I’m relatively quiet today with remaining walks booked in.

Your dogs are safe I promise, I wouldn’t go ahead if I didn’t believe they would be. I have arrangements in place and they’ll be taken directly to woods/shaded areas. ❤️ if I need to change to house visits or decide it’s getting to hot obv I will do that where necessary

Tomorrow I am busier and it won’t be possible for me to get the walks done before it peaks so I’ll stop when I stop and go to house visits. Obviously cancellations are fine I fully understand just let me know asap so I can work other walks round the weather 🙄😆

Then off Thursday and I’ll come back with a post for Friday !

Good morning everyone.

Back with a weather post!

Don’t forget I’m off Thursday - I text this date out with my holiday dates but looking at that forecast it’d of been a heck no for walks anyway 😆

I’ll take it day by day and judge while I’m out there but just so you’re aware walks will be cut short if I feel necessary or itll be garden visits where necessary.

I’ll make the call as I feel appropriate and hope you all trust my judgement/understand 🙏

Like I said last year I honestly HATE walking the dogs in any form of heat anyway and I will stick to woods and shade but that’s not always an option when I walk from houses.

I’ll check water bowls etc on my calls too. If anyone is unhappy with this/doesn’t want a house visit as will be home just let me know ❤️

Good morning everyone!

Hope everyone had a lovely bank hol!

Realistically today I want all walks to be done by 12/1230 the very latest so I am happy to start earlier - do earlier walks than usual.

I know you’ve trusted my judgement every year but please if you want later walks send me a text but I will only be offering house visits !

I will stick to shaded/wooded areas anyway where available - no 1 hour walks today.

If you’re happy/would prefer garden time instead of a walk anyway let me know that’s completely fine, yous all know your dogs better than anyone.

I wouldn’t walk my own dog in direct sun with no cloud cover at peak times, so I’m not prepared to walk yours either! Safety first 🐾
