Last weekend my next door neighbour knocked rapidly upon my door crying inconsolably. So I did what any sane person would do, I ignored her and hoped that she would go away. But she didn't.
So eventually, during the ad break, I took a deep breath, opened the door, and asked her what had happened to get her into such a state. "I've run out of fabric conditioner again" she sobbed.
I'm afraid I could only offer her a small amount of comfort.
