NEWRY — It’s time to talk about our city.

At EVVRPaws Grooming, we’re proud to be a Newry-based business, and we believe our city’s future matters to everyone who lives, works and runs a business here.

We’re sharing details of the upcoming Newry People’s Forum public meeting, which is bringing together local businesses, community and voluntary organisations and residents to discuss the challenges facing Newry and ideas for its future.

The Forum is looking at issues including:

🔸 City centre regeneration
🔸 Supporting local businesses
🔸 Vacant premises & footfall
🔸 Tourism and major events
🔸 Newry Canal & River
🔸 Investment and regeneration
🔸 Flooding and infrastructure
🔸 Community and business consultation

📣 PUBLIC MEETING

📅 Thursday 8 October 2026
📍 Canal Court Hotel, Newry
⏰ 7.30pm

The meeting is open to local businesses, community & voluntary organisations and members of the public.

Whether you own a business, work in Newry, live here or simply care about the future of our city, it’s an opportunity to listen, share ideas and have your voice heard.

Newry has a strong business community, incredible people and huge potential.

☕💚LAST CHANCE TO SUPPORT A GREAT CAUSE 💚☕

Our Family over at are coming together for a special Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning — raising funds for a cause that means so much to so many. 💚

While the coffee morning itself is not an open event, we wanted to share it with our wonderful EVVRPaws clients and followers so that anyone who would like to support the fundraiser can do so.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, can help Macmillan continue providing vital support to people living with cancer and their families.

If you’d like to make a donation and support the EVVRClean team, you can do so through our JustGiving page:

From all of us at EVVRPaws, thank you for helping us support such an amazing cause. 💚

Small cups. Big change.

🐾 Meet Freddie — Our Chief Security Officer! 🐾

It’s a tough job being the EVVRPaws mascot… especially when you’re responsible for security at the manor! 🐶

Freddie has been very busy carrying out his security duties, keeping a close eye on everything happening around the manor and making sure everything is in order.

But after all that hard work… it was definitely time for a quick bath and tidy-up! 🛁

As you can see from the photos, security work is absolutely exhausting. 😂 One minute he’s on duty, the next he’s completely crashed out on the sofa!

Fresh, fluffy and back to his handsome self, Freddie is now ready to resume his very important duties. 👑

Well done Freddie — we’re not sure how the manor would manage without you! ❤️
