I just wanted to pop on and explain what has been going on behind the scenes. It has been a difficult few weeks…
Being a new small business, it is expected to have little teething problems but nothing actually prepares you for them!

Quality is very important to us as a brand and we are working hard to bring this to you guys.
It is just a little set back and we are still very excited for future plans 🤭✨

Most asked questions about our dog ID tags…

🐾 Can we add contact details to your ID tags?
Answer: Yes, all our tags come with pet owner contact details. There is a special instructions box at checkout, pop all the important information in there for us to add to the reverse side of the tag. (If you forgot to do this, it may delay your order).

🐾 What do contact details look like on your ID tags?
Answer : pet owner contact details are printed on clear paper which is sealed in to the reverse side of the tag, in resin.

All tags come with a little leaflet, with instructions to help with longevity of our ID tags.

You are legally required to your name and address on your dog’s tag. Keep your little besties safe 🏡 🐾
