A tabby domestic shorthaired cat has been brought into our practice and is currently receiving emergency care. Found in the Carisbrooke area

We have a microchip number but unfortunately this is not registered anywhere, so we are unable to locate the owner.

If you think this may be your cat, please contact us on 01983 522822 as soon as possible.

Today is all about celebrating the amazing reception team at Carisbrooke Vets! 🐶🐱🐰

Our receptionists are often the first friendly face you see and the voice at the end of the phone. From answering endless calls and emails, booking appointments and helping worried clients, to supporting our vets and nurses and keeping the practice running smoothly — there is so much that happens behind the scenes. 📞💻🐾

They handle the busy days, the challenging conversations, the last-minute requests and everything in between, always with care, patience and compassion. ❤️

Most importantly, they’re there for our clients and their beloved pets when they need us most. 🐾

So today, we want to say a HUGE thank you to our reception team for all of your hard work, kindness, dedication and everything you do every single day. You are such an important part of the Carisbrooke Vets family and we appreciate you more than you know! 🥰🐾

We have done our routine monthly accounts, unfortunately our system seems to have found some gremlins and is sending out invoices to everyone including clients with zero balances.

Unfortunately our practice suffered a power outage overnight and our phones are being intermittent. We apologise for this we are working with our phone company to resolve this as soon as possible. Saturday 8.30-1pm for non routine emergency appointments only.

Sunday. Emergencies only.

The practice will be closed to routine appointments on Bank Holiday Monday.

As always, our on call vet will be available for emergencies only.

Happy Retirement 🎉

Today after 30 years at the practice we have to say a Happy Retirement to Joy.

Joy has worked tirelessly behind the scenes in our pharmacy helping to control our stock.

As a practice we wish Joy a very well earned rest, to enjoy some more time with her three grandchildren, more time for gardening & more walks with her Miniature Schnauzer Ada.

We will miss you Joy & a HUGE thank you 😊 ⭐

We have had a male Bengal type cat brought into our Newport branch from Merstone railway. He is bright and well and staying in our hospital.
He has a microchip but the details are not up to date.

Found please share

We have had a lovely little female dachshund bought into our Carisbrooke clinic after she was found wandering along Carisbrooke road.

She is unharmed, she is not wearing a collar or harness and unfortunately her microchip is not registered so we cannot trace her owner.

If she is your girl or you know who her family is please get in touch on 522822. We will require proof of ownership with her microchip being unregistered.
