I am so very sorry that you felt this way , we try very hard to take the lead from our clients, many do want to stay and chat with us, be that in the chapel as they say a final goodbye to their loved one, or in the office when they collect, but some do not wish to linger and chat, rather take their little bag and go ,it is not for us to impose , rather to be there should they need us . We are and always have been here to help through and even to offer bereavement sessions , but we can only do what our clients indicate they want , yes, we are always very busy, but we are never too busy to spend a while talking things through as every little soul brought to us , are important , our care is for them, and extends to their family, always . Whilst we know that all and everyone’s fur babies are special, there are times when we sadly have to look after ones that are utterly heartbreaking and tragic.

Tiggs, Bella and Tiny were three adorable cats that sadly lost their lives in a fire at their family home. As a keepsake, this triple frame has been made to display their fur and paw prints together, as they were in their lives and as they will forever continue, over the Rainbow Bridge🐾❤️

A little while ago we introduced putting a packet of remembrance seeds into the going home bags. So we were absolutely thrilled to receive an email today from Susan Fielder with a picture of the flower that has grown in memory of her gorgeous girl Luna. Thank you so much Susan.
