PLEASE CONSIDER HOW YOUR ACTIONS AFFECT OTHER USERS

We were rally saddened to see that someone had seen fit to remove two of the plastic screws that held the climbing platform safely together

What a shame !!!

We have had to remove the one end with the stairs which we appreciate will limit access to some dogs 🐶

We have added two extra pieces of equipment that were donated to us earlier in the year - apologies that they haven’t been cleaned properly first - but with the hosepipe ban we felt if an unnecessary use of water - hopefully all the rain we had last night will have washed them off

Whilst doing checks today we noticed the pretty array of colours amongst the wild flowers in the fields and if you’ve been using the playground patch you may even have noticed the blackberry bushes abundant with fruit

The ground / grass is incredibly dry and of course we are very aware that this could pose a higher risk of fire 🔥

We have chosen NOT to get the lawn mower out for this reason as a spark from the engine could potentially cause damage to the entire field if the grass ignites

We would like to remind everyone that the fields are NO SMOKING 🚭 Sites but at this present time we urge everyone to be mindful of batteries, vapes, even mobile phones becoming hot in this weather 🌦️

Many thanks for your continued support and encouragement - We have lots going on in the background (not least the 50 trees shrubs plants and flowers we have waiting to be Planted - they are currently being tended too in my garden as it’s far too hot to plant them and try to keep them watered )

You may have seen the large water containers that will be used to keep a greater supply closer so that paddling pools etc can be filled daily .
