Charlie Fellowes Racing

Call Directions Website

Charlie Fellowes Racing Racehorse trainer in Newmarket, Suffolk. In January 2014, Charlie joined the training ranks as the youngest licensed trainer in the country.

Charlie has been lucky enough to work with some of the great horsemen of our time, stints with the likes of James Fanshawe, Lee Freedman and Nicky Henderson moulded his beliefs on how humans can seek the best out of these truly intelligent animals. Half way through his first year he moved to St Gatien Cottage Stables, on the Bury side of town, with the help of a fantastic team of experienced horsemen, and the incredible support of family and friends. Charlie enjoyed a great first season which included the incredible experience of his first runner at the Breeders Cup. In four seasons Charlie has trained 66 winners at a 14% strike rate. Last year he celebrated his first stakes winner in MOONLIT SHOW and over the past three years has achieved black type with ACCESSION, WET SAIL, KASSEOPIA and THIS IS THE DAY. 2017 has been another fruitful season for Charlie. Highlights include an agonising second at Royal Ascot with Endless Acres and Prince of Arrans second in the Segaro stakes, also at Ascot. Here’s hoping for a fantastic end to the season.

🏇 WELCOME TO BEDFORD HOUSE RACING 🏇

We’re thrilled to welcome this Shaquille (GB) c**t out of Abbakova (IRE) to the Bedford House Racing Syndicate.

Purchased at the Tattersalls Somerville Sale, he is a sharp, strong two-year-old type who looks bred to be quick. ⚡️

He is out of a stakes-placed mare who has already produced stakes winner Deep Intrigue. Even more impressively, 6 of her 7 runners have won, making her a proven broodmare.

I thought he was one of the nicest Shaquilles I’ve seen to date. He is athletic, well put together and looks to have inherited many of the qualities of his sire.

We’re very excited to see what the future holds for him. 🤞

Shares are limited, so if you’d like to get involved with the Bedford House Racing Syndicate, please get in touch soon.

Sales season is upon us!

A handful of our two-year-old winners, all bought inexpensively at last year’s yearling sales.

Ongombo, another shrewd purchase, won impressively at Ffos Las yesterday to add to the tally!
