Super happy to share that I have passed my IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) assessment and I am now a qualified and approved IMDT trainer.

How cute is Peach!! I was visiting over the weekend to help make walks a little easier. Peach gets rather distracted by dogs and people so we looked at working on growing disengagement skills. Lots to work on. She did absolutely fab walking past lots of people at the bus stop. What a super girl!!

Lovely first session with the gorgeous Syrus! What a super star he is. We are looking at growing his proximity so he sees the value of staying close while off lead. We started to grow his recall cue and work on disengagement from distractions. He did really well. Can’t wait to see how he gets on.

Lovely session last night with Ned and his family. Ned can be rather nervous and unsure about situations so we are looking at growing his confidence. He also struggles being left on his own so this is our first focus. Lots of homework but can’t wait to see how they get on.

Today I was visiting the beautiful Peppa to help grow her confidence out on walks. She can be rather unsure of dogs sometimes and doesn’t know what to do. We talked a lot about ensuring she is getting enough sleep through the day and managing her bucket. We started some super fun proximity games which she absolutely loved. Lots of homework and looking forward to our next session where we take some of the games on a walk.

Thank you to all my wonderful friends who helped me with filming my class yesterday. I don’t currently offer group classes but I had such fun yesterday I am considering running some classes in the summer. It was just such a laugh and all the dogs did absolutely amazing learning ‘Middle’

Today I was visiting Gracie to help with settling with guests and her exciting around family. She absolutely loves it when family visit but something this can be a bit much so we introduced a protocol which included some management, employment and treat and go. Gracie and the whole family did absolutely fab. We also introduced find it which Gracie absolutely loved. Can’t wait to see how they all get on.

Fab session this morning with Marty. He is just the sweetest boy. Marty sometimes worries a little when he sees certain dogs and can he a little unsure and can get frustrated. Today we looked at working on some proximity and engagement games. We introduced 1-2-3 and also growing his skills to disengage. He is such a clever clogs so I know he is going to do amazing with his homework.
