What a fantastic month, busy busy and lots of adaptions with the hot weather on certain weeks but we’ve managed to give the dogs safe adventures and fulfilment and work around it for the most part. Saftey first, adventure second! 🤘

Our pet sit with the gorgeous buddy the past week ❤️

Buddy is a real chilled dude & such a goofy friendly character. He loved playing with his ball, belly rubs, cuddles and our long walks!

We even had the pleasure of him joining some of our lovely pack on a group walk 🐾

Metro workers have been praised for saving a lost dog which had strayed on to network’s busiest stretch of line.

Louis Meach and Alan Hudson, who are both operations managers at Nexus, rescued Bobby the Rhodesian Ridgeback on June 19, getting him safely off the lines by enticing him with some chicken.

They said that the rescue was all in a day’s work, but the Bobby’s relieved owner has personally thanked them both for their efforts.

Ada, is looking for her forever home.

18 months old.
Working Sprocker.
Sheher tail docked and started life in a kennel & was being trained as a gun dog .

However her owner died in a tragic bike accident & she was temporarily fostered.

We love love walking her and she's fantastic with in a pack.

She’s very loving but can also be very needy.
She will absolutely adore her owner.
She will require at least 2 fulfilling walks per day and would benefit from mental stimulation and a job wherever possible.

We'll looking for someone who knows and understands the breed and it's requirements.

The vet doesn't think that Ada has been been neutered but she hasn't had a season due to being the equivalent to an athlete

She’s had all her immunisation and boosters.

She has great recall
Can pull on the lead
Great with other dogs
Good around children
Loves a pub/cafe

Brilliant at travelling either in car, public transport or in our van
Very well behaved in public places

Sleeps downstairs at night from 9pm till 7 am till she needs the loo

Can be left for 4 hours but has only been left with another dog.

So the BUTS...

She really is full of energy and sometimes doesn’t accept NO and can push your patience and would definitely respond really well to some regimented training .
She’s definitely got a hunter gene in her. So she would definitely chase cats , ducks & rabbits.

Her upsides totally outweigh her challenges.
She’s incredibly loyal & loving. She’s adores cuddles and kisses.

🤍 A couple of weeks ago, we had the absolute pleasure of chaperoning the gorgeous Henderson on his humans’ wedding day. 🐾💍

From dog sitting him over the weekend while the owners wedding prepped, helping with wedding photos, to making sure he stayed happy, relaxed and safe throughout the day with chew toy and p*e breaks, it was such a privilege to be part of such a special occasion.

A message from his owners Lottie and Louis really made my day:
“Henderson seemed so relaxed with you... it was so reassuring and lovely to experience that. You were a fantastic chaperone, and my guests were so complimentary about you and Henderson!” 🥹🤍
