A small pricing update from us 💛

From 14th September, our entry fee will increase from £7 to £8.

To put it into perspective, when we opened in 2017, our entry fee was £5, so over the past 9 years we’ve only increased the fee by a total of £3. We’ve always done our best to keep our prices fair and have held off increasing them for as long as possible. However, with the rising costs of supplies, utilities, wages, rent, insurance and, most importantly, caring for our furry residents, we now need to make this small adjustment.

To keep things simple, our online booking deposit will increase from £2 to £3, with the remaining £5 still payable on the day.

Any bookings taking place before 14th September are unaffected and will remain at the current £7 entry fee. Our website will be updated with the new price before bookings for 14th September onwards are opened, so everything will be nice and clear when you book.

Thank you so much for your continued support over the years. It really does mean a lot to us. We hope you understand 🐶🐾

Tomorrow, August 20th, is England’s GCSE RESULTS DAY

Good luck to everyone getting their results; whatever happens, you deserve to celebrate your hard work. Enjoy 20% OFF your table’s bill if you choose to spend your day with us 🐾

All you need to do is show us some proof during your booked session (a copy/picture of your results or even a photo of you opening the envelope will do!) and we’ll apply the discount.

Booking is essential so make sure to secure a slot online before coming along to avoid disappointment.

✨ Yuki Update ✨

For those of you who follow us, you may have seen that Yuki took some time off while getting a lump checked out. It turned out there were two more lumps beneath her skin, and all three have now been safely removed.

One of the lumps was benign; however, the other two were cancerous.

We have been assured that she is happy and healthy as things stand, and no further treatment is required at this time. We do, however, need to keep a close eye on her, as there is a 10–15% chance of the cancer returning.

Thank you to everyone who has sent their love and support to us and Yuki during this time. She is happy to be back at the cafe with her friends 🫶🏻

P.S For her own benefit, she also had a couple teeth removed in the process.. so she looks a little different now 😅 Sugar is happy to have another wonky friend though! 👅

Our little Yuki has been extremely brave this morning 🥹

Just a heads up that she wont be at the cafe for a little while. She’s had an operation to remove a suspicious lump from her chest area, and we are waiting on lab results to confirm whether or not it’s benign.

Fingers crossed they give us the all clear! If not, treatment will be needed ASAP.

Things like this are never easy for us. Thank you in advance for any support in the upcoming weeks 🫶🏻🐾
