🐾🐕MEET BRUNO🐕🐾

We had Bruno come and see us for help with loose leash walking, general obedience and reactivity.

Bruno is a typical excitable Lab, very keen to sniff everything which caused him to pull and when a person or dog approached he would bark and lunge.

The reactivity was just pure frustration which then lead to the barking.

We started off by building on his foundations, teaching him leash pressure and how to build engagement.

We then got Shads out to work him around so we could teach him how to control his impulses, disengage from a person or dog and remain in the heel position when asked.

Bruno had a great first session and ee cam build on this as his owner has signed up to our Liberty Package.

🐶👅MEET ZELDA👅🐶

We had this beautiful girl come and see us for help with general obedience and dog reactivity.

Zelda's owner has previous worked with us with another dog so has some great foundations in already but was struggling with how she behaved around other dogs.

When we got Shads out you could see she just didn't really know what to do and any pressure on the lead was triggering her. We stripped it right back and taught her how to make good choices on her own and in no time she was walking past various dog unbothered.

Her owner said she wasn't as keen on playing as his other girl so we had a look at that and she has a great play drive but plays differently than the other dog so after going through some different play styles she was loving it. This can be used to build a better relationship, use in training and above all just for more fun.

We will be working on building her obedience and getting everything nice and punchy as we progress through the Liberty Package.

🐾🐕MEET IRIS🐕🐾

We had this lovely girl come and see us. Her owner signed her up to our Puppy Package to iron out a few minor bits they were struggling on and to get the best out of her.

During the session we covered how to correctly socialise her, leash pressure in preparation for teaching her to walk at heel, focus on her owners and how to build a better relationship.

Iris is a really sweet girl and will be lots of fun to train.

🐾🐶MEET TOBY🐶🐾

We had this lovely boy in for help with loose leash walking, over excitement around dogs, recall and general behaviour.

Toby is a typcical lab and loves his food but does get very easily distracted by everything else that is going on. He would pull for a scent, bark and lunge out of excitement around dogs and bark for attention.

His owner has got some great foundations in already and has worked really hard with him but couldn't get over these final hurdles.

We started off by setting clearer boundaries and lessening the rewards. Usually we use more rewards at the start but Toby would bark when he wanted a treat or didnt get one for doing the simplest of tasks.

Next we worked on teaching him leash pressure and where we wanted him to walk.

We finished up by working him around Shads and he picked it all up really nicely.

Once we've worked on more dog neutrality we can then start on the recall.

🖤🤎DASH'S PROGRESS🖤🤎

I couldn't be any happier with how this boy is progressing. At just 8 months old, he is smashing everything I have thrown at him.

This was the first time he has been given freedom around another dog, other than Shads, and he didn't disappoint.

Yes he was a little bit giddy to start with but nothing I wouldn't expect from such a young dog.

Massive thanks to the big lad Diesel for being an awesone help with my boy.

We had something a little different to do with this handsome boy.

Niko was the guest of honour at his owner's wedding and I was asked to escourt him.

I've previously worked with Niko and this isn't something we normally do but how could I possibly say no to being this gorgeous boys' plus one 🐾❤️

🌟🐾OFF LEASH WALK🐾🌟

These 3 were ready to put their training to the test and go off leash. They absolutely smashed it.

Each of these dogs were reactive at one point and couldn't control their impulses.

So proud of how far you've come. Well done guys.

🐾👅MEET KODY👅🐾

We made a home visit to work with this little guy. His owner has signed up to the Puppy Package as they needed helo with all things puppy.

Kody is a really sweet boy with no issues. We covered the basics such as correct socialisation, utilising food to teach the basics, leash pressure and getting him comfortable being left on his own.

As we progress through the package we will introduce more basic obedience, recall and how to raise him to be a nice confident dog.

🐕🐾MEET SULLEY🐾🐕

We made a home visit to see this handsome lad. His owners got in touch for help with loose leash walking, reactivity outside towards most things and behaviour in the house.

Sulley is a Romanian rescue and is 8 months old. He spent the first 5 months of his life in a rescue centre in Romania so has likely had very little socialisation and training.

He is nervous of most things in life and because of this he lunges and barks which makes walks difficult for his owners.

When in the house he barks at people entering and can on occassions do this to members of the household.

We started off by going through behaviour in the house and how to build his confidence up.

Alot of what Sulley needs is clear boundaries, structure and his confidence building.

We finished off the session by working on his lead walking and the beginning steps of his reactivity.

Once all the foundations are in we can progress and advance with him as these guys have signed up to our Pinnacle Package.
