Rockley Stables Riding School Rockley Stables was opened 25years ago by Patricia Reeves, who has over 40 years experience in riding and teaching at all levels.

We are a children's riding school teaching children from 4yrs of age. Rockley Stables specialises in teaching children to ride in a safe, friendly and fun environment. We have ponies to suit all ages and abilities. All of our instructors are trained to a very high standard on how to teach children to ride

All beginners are taught whilst on a lead rein, until they have a balanced seat, along wi

th being able to walk and trot unaided. We take children from the age of 4 years old to 16 years of age.

Hi we have had a great half term pony days. Massive thanks to our fabulous riders our leaders and not forgetting our fantastic ponies
BUT we have had 5 riders not showing up for various reasons leaving it too late for me to refill
Like other small businesses we are struggling with rising costs so loosing income is not good ! So from now on any pony days booked will require full payment up front with no refunds . Thanks Pat x

Good morning like many business we are experiencing a rise in all our costs so it was very disappointing
Yesterday when we had 7 riders not turning up for booked lessons without notice or reason. We have therefore decided if you do not pay for missed lessons we will not be offering any future lessons giving other riders a chance to ride .thanks Pat

We have had our annual licence inspection today and I am delighted that we have again received a*5 star 🌟 rating
A massive thanks to Ellie Lois Tilly and Dan for all your help and support not forgetting out wonderful ponies who were on their best behaviour as always ❤️ xx
