Moose had a nice early 8am walk for his first group walk with my lovely Wednesday team today 🐶🐾🐶🐾🐶

He was a superstar and so good, fitted in like he’d always been here 👌

What a brilliant group today for tiny Bensons (Beni) flying Solo on his first off lead walk 😍

With all the big boys and girls and they all was really great with him 👌

Lots of little and large pics and lots of bums 🤣🥰

Beni really didn’t give a monkeys just wandering off between them all as though he was as big 🤣

When you get the chance to welcome this very cute, very dinky little boy to the Kelly’s K9s Team of doggies it makes you bring the camera back out 👌

Absolutely not fazed one bit by the bigger dogs who were amazing with him as I knew they would be 👌

At just 7 months he doesn’t need a full hour so I helped him out by having extra cuddles, well who wouldn’t ? 🥰

Cracker is not impressed at all oops 🤣

She had an op a couple of weeks ago and each time she’s left with a cone on without a bandage on her leg does she blooming open it back up so bandage off and rubber ring on instead

Although I’m not sure she is even go to move at all today never mind get at her leg 🙈

Bailey isn’t too impressed either although think he thought it was the attire as came up waiting for his turn 🤣

Hey peeps!

The hot weather is finally upon us ☀️ (although probably not for too long!)

For the safety of your pups now and during future summer spikes, I will not be walking dogs in high temperatures.

Usually, this means anything 22°C–23°C or above.

However, puppies, elderly dogs, and certain breeds need close monitoring at even lower temperatures.

I always assess each dog individually because I would much rather be safe than sorry.

Many of you already know how I operate in the summer. When it gets too hot, we pivot.

This might mean shifting to an early 8:00 AM walk, and and an earlier 2nd walk IF temperatures allow or switching to a quick garden toilet break, or doing an indoor comfort visit instead.

Because I cannot fit everyone into the cooler early morning slot, (if doing only one walk) I want to say a huge thank you to my clients who are at home and understand when their walk is cancelled. This allows me to prioritise the early slots for dogs whose owners are out all day.

I have already contacted everyone affected for this coming Tuesday. Please check your messages or emails!

You might still see me out and about in the van! To help out, I may bring some doggies back to mine for a couple of hours of indoor chill time before dropping them home, rather than taking them on an actual walk.

Please remember that our dogs will not die from missing a walk, but they could from being dragged out in the heat.
