🐾 A little change to our arrivals & collections 🐾
We’ve made a small change to the way we handle all arrivals and collections at Border Farm.
From now on, all handovers will take place at the main gate, rather than owners coming into the kennel area with their dogs.
This is something we’ve decided to put in place to help keep the dogs staying with us calm, settled and relaxed throughout the day. With dogs arriving, leaving and being exercised, having people coming in and out of the kennel area can sometimes cause excitement and disruption for the other dogs.
By keeping handovers at the gate, we can keep the kennel area quiet and peaceful, whilst also making arrivals and collections safer and more organised for everyone.
There’s no need to worry — we’ll come out to meet you, take your dog through to their kennel on arrival, and bring them back out to you when it’s time to go home. 🐶🤍
We really appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation with this little change. It will help us maintain the calm, relaxed environment we want for every dog staying at Border Farm. 🐾
