Meet the team series!!

To celebrate 20 years of Newark equestrian we are doing a meet the team series, starting with our business owner, Christine Carlile! 🎉

Christine is a BHS intermediate instructor with over 45 years of experience in all aspects and disciplines of horsemanship. She has managed many yards over the years, competed in all disciplines including going round badminton with pony club youth teams. She has recently qualified and competed at area festivals championships dressage competition and came fifth in medium and elementary in a new partnership with her horse Alfie. Christine is currently working on excelling in medium and advanced medium. 😊

Due to recently becoming a grandmother in January, Christine now takes more of a back seat role in the business. This gives her more time with her own horse and her lovely granddaughter! However she is still teaching and makes regular appearances at the yard to oversee and assist the management team.

🐴🔎 BECOME A PONY RESEARCHER! 🔎🐴

We’re so excited to launch our brand new EquiSchool Pony Researcher Workshop! ✨

Designed for curious young minds aged 7–12, this hands-on workshop gives children the chance to meet their very own research pony and investigate exactly what makes them unique 🐴

🎨 What colour and markings do they have?
📏 How tall are they?
⚖️ How much do they weigh?
🥕 What do they like to eat?
🔎 And what is their personality really like?

Children will learn through observation, investigation and real hands-on experiences with our ponies, creating their very own personalised Pony Fact File to take home 📋🐴

No horse experience is needed! Our workshop will be run in a small, supportive group and is designed to be inclusive and SEND-friendly 💛
