Just wanted to give you a quick update about an important change for our family and the business.
We've decided to put our house on the market and will be moving once it sells. As many of you know, Pop Dogs has been based here for years, so this definitely wasn't an easy decision.
For now, it's business as usual and all appointments will go ahead as normal. Once the house is sold, I'll give everyone at least 6 weeks' notice before we close, so you'll have plenty of time to sort out future grooming arrangements for your dogs.
I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets, and I'll be more than happy to help with recommendations and advice to make the change as easy as possible.
I really can't thank you enough for all your support, loyalty, kindness, and trust over the years. So many of your dogs have become part of my extended family, and it's been a pleasure looking after them. While we're excited about this next chapter, saying goodbye to such wonderful customers and dogs will be incredibly hard.
I'll keep everyone updated as things move forward, but for now it's business as usual, and I look forward to seeing you and your dogs at your upcoming appointments.
