Good morning 😁

I am away on holiday next week so the salon phone will be off from Sunday 4th October until Friday 22nd October.

Emma will be in the salon on the odd few days, so if anyone needs to get in touch regarding appointments etc then you can contact her on her work number 07359402278

Salon is still open this week as usual for nail clips etc ☺️

I DID IT 🏃‍♀️❤️

The Great North Run was every bit as hard as I thought it would be… and then some! 😂 13.1 miles is a LONG way when the furthest I’d ever run before this was 8k as training went massively out the window after two bad injuries

There were definitely moments where I wondered what on earth I was doing, but I kept going. And I know Michael was with me every step of the way ❤️

He would have absolutely hated every second of this 😂 he’d have thought I’d completely lost the plot but having him with me in my heart made those hard miles a little easier

I did this for him, for me, and to raise money for Mind in his memory. Also to prove to our son that we can do hard things!

Thank you so, so much to everyone who sponsored me, messaged me, encouraged me and was delusional enough to believe I could do it. Your support genuinely meant the world ❤️

So on Sunday I am taking part in this year's Great North Run 😁

I've been training all year, had a couple of injuries but I'm determined to get over that finish line no matter what ❤️

I'm running for the mental health charity 'Mind' as it's a charity very close to my heart after losing my partner 3 years ago.

Just to let you know I am not in the salon this week as I'm enjoying some time off with my son and my pups! ☺️

Emma will be in the salon on Saturday so she should be able to pick up any messages then but I will be back from the 29th ✂️🐶

I'm still chocka and still not able to take new clients on unfortunately. I will always try my best to accommodate where I can so if you need to change etc, just let me know and I will do what I can ☺️
