Can my amazing costomers please be mindful that sometimes yous need to be flexible with situations out of my reach …
I did a couple jobs on a Sunday ( as favours for friends, I don’t pick up fur baby’s on a Sunday ) but the Xmas traffic had me grid locked late for 3 of my jobs ! No amount of rage on the phone and stress can change me gridlocked coming through Alnwick and Morpeth …
I am flexible with you all re times last min bookings and payments ! Please can you show me the same courtesy.
getting there safely for your fur baby’s .. is more important than being on time , when I can’t change being stuck in single file festive shoppers traffic.
