🚨 Important Flea Policy Update 🚨
Please check your dog regularly for fleas and ensure they are checked thoroughly before their grooming appointment. Fleas require extra time, products and cleaning, which I can no longer absorb as a business.
If a flea is found during grooming, there will be an additional £15 flea treatment charge to cover the extra time and products needed.
If I find one or two fleas, I will do my best to complete the groom as normal. However, if your dog has a flea infestation, I may need to stop the groom and ask you to collect them. In this case 50% of the original grooming price will still be payable as the appointment time was reserved and work will have been carried out.
Fleas can also affect other dogs and require the salon to be thoroughly cleaned and fumigated creating additional costs.
