📢UPDATE: The pond on walk 2 is now reopen.

The water levels remain lower than usual. Unfortunately as the pond is spring fed, we hope some rain over the next few weeks will help bring the level back to normal.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused over the last week.

The pond on Walk 2 is temporarily closed until further notice. However, the woodland walk and field continue to be accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will work to reopen the pond as soon as we can.

If you would like to reschedule your booking for Walk 2 or switch to Walk 1, please feel free to contact us.

We kindly request that everyone double-checks their booking dates and times. When we are fully booked, the system will automatically direct you to the next available date or time slot.

Unfortunately, there have been a few instances where individuals have arrived on the incorrect days. While this is an easy mistake to make, it does prevent others from attending their scheduled bookings.

Due to the recent cold snap, the pond on Walk 2 will remain closed until the layer of ice has completely thawed. The field is still open.

While this may be disappointing, the safety of everyone visiting Redhill is our top priority. We cannot take the risk of any of our furry friends running onto the pond, where the ice might crack and cause them to fall through and become trapped underneath.

The weather is expected to improve in the coming days, and we will continuously evaluate the situation to reopen the pond only when it is safe to do so.
