I know I am beginning to sound like a broken record but this amount of dog poo has been picked up today! This has come from 9 users of the Dog Patch from yesterday at 2 through to 2 today so should I start naming and shaming?

Its only 3 days ago I posted about the amount of dog poo left on the field and yet today I have picked up another horse pooper scooper full. This I will put down to a group of 8 holiday makers who had 8 dogs between them and as they are not likely to come back again decided not to pick up after their dogs but the 2 mushy messes plus 4 others were not left by them nor the fag ends in the seating shelter. Unfortunately I know that most of you who read this are not the culprits and I am not getting to the right ones but please bear with me and send me a message if you spot any mess/poos when you see them. Thank you

I have just spent the best part of 2 hours clearing up dog poo around the outside of the field. Granted that the bottom of the hedgerow has been trimmed back but there were fresh as well as old poos there, infact there was over half a horse feed bag full. Sick of excuses such as 'it was raining so I let them run around while I sat in the dry', 'it was sloppy so I left it there', 'I forgot my poo bags', 'was watching the kids and did not see them', the list goes on. We provide a service which is a dog excercise area and try and give you a clean, safe and happy area for you to do so, please respect us and other users who do pick up after their dogs. It is spotless now and I will be checking everyday so I can whittle the persistant culprits down. Thank you to the lovely clients who do realise the value of a clean safe area.

Road closed sign up but you can drive to us as business is open as usual. Hopefully have a lovely road surface at the end of the works
