Hi everyone ❤️🐴
Unfortunately, due to a confirmed positive case of Strangles at my yard, I have had to make the difficult decision to cancel all freelance riding lessons until further notice.
The yard is currently in lockdown, and I am taking the situation extremely seriously. The health and safety of my horses, your horses and the wider equestrian community is my absolute priority.
I want to do everything I possibly can to contain the infection and prevent any risk of spreading it to other yards, which unfortunately means I won’t be travelling out to teach for the time being.
The yard will be in lockdown for a minimum of 3 weeks, with the horses being retested as advised by the vet.
Once all the horses have been given the all-clear and it is safe for me to return to teaching, I will be back in contact to rearrange lessons.
I’m genuinely sorry for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause, but I feel it’s my responsibility to put the welfare of all horses first.
Thank you so much for your patience, understanding and continued support. It really does mean a lot. ❤️🐴
