🏡🐾 We receive a lot of enquiries from housebound owners who simply can't get their pets to the vets themselves.

That's where we come in. ❤️

Over the years, we've helped many people who are unable to get out themselves, by taking their pets to the vets on their behalf.

It's a process we've spent years perfecting to make sure communication between the owner and the vet is completely clear and that absolutely no misunderstandings can happen along the way. 📞🩺🐶🐱

And before anyone asks... 😂

No, we promise not to spend the owner's money! 💷🤣

Seriously though, one of the most important parts of our process is ensuring that any treatment, investigations or costs involved are discussed with and approved by the owner before anything goes ahead. ✅

Trust is everything.

What you see today is a successful business, but behind the scenes there have been years of refining, learning and perfecting every little detail of what we do. ✨

Some of those details might seem insignificant to the outside observer, but to us, they're incredibly important.

Because when you're caring for someone's beloved pet, whilst they sit at home unable to be there themselves, there is no room for guesswork. ❤️🐾

We take that responsibility seriously, and it's something we're incredibly proud of.

After all, we're not just transporting pets.

We're providing peace of mind. 🥰💙

🐾 Another poorly paw today! 🥺❤️

This handsome chap had managed to either step on something or get stung by something 🐝🌿. We're not entirely sure which, but either way it was time for a check-up with the lovely vets and some medication to help him feel better over the next few days. 💙🐶

His lovely mum isn't very mobile on her feet and needs a strong arm to hold onto whilst getting in and out of the car, as well as around the vets.

Now, I may only be 5ft 2 and weigh 114lbs, but don't let that fool you... 💪😂

Or as I like to think of it...

🦐 Tiny human, giant strength! 😂💪🐾

I've spent years lifting carriers, helping owners, supporting wobbly dogs and navigating car parks. Who needs the gym when you've got Pets 2 Places?! 🤣🏋️‍♀️🚕🐶

Thankfully, this little man was soon checked over, prescribed some medication and was able to head home with his mum for plenty of rest, cuddles and hopefully a speedy recovery. ❤️

And that's one of the things I love most about what we do.

Sometimes our customers need help with their pets.

Sometimes they need help themselves.

And sometimes they need both.

Whatever that looks like, we're happy to be there, because life is always easier when you've got someone by your side. 🥰🐾

Wishing this lovely boy a quick recovery and plenty of treats while he's milking the sympathy card! 😂🐶❤️

🐾 What do we do while we're waiting for owners? Quite a lot actually! 😊

One of the best parts of using our service isn't just the transport, it's the extra help and extra pair of hands that come with it. ❤️

So whilst you're busy doing things like parting with your pennies at reception 💷😂, we can be:

🐶 Taking your dog outside for a little sniff around and some fresh air.
🐱 Settling your cat back into the car away from all the noise and hustle of the vets.
🛍 Helping carry medications, food or shopping back to the car.
🤝 Offering support and assistance in whatever way you need.

Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.

Because vet visits can be stressful enough without trying to juggle pets, paperwork, prescriptions and payments all at the same time.

Life is always easier when you've got someone by your side supporting you. And that's exactly what we're here for. 💙

After all, we don't just transport pets, we support people too. 🐾

🐾❤️ This gentle giant has been off to the vets with a VERY poorly paw. Poor boy! 🥺🐶

Because putting any extra pressure on his sore paw was the last thing he needed, it was definitely time for the VIP treatment. ⭐🚕🐾

Now, lifting a dog that weighs more than I do isn't exactly easy! 😂💪 Thankfully, his lovely mum and her friend were on hand to help get him safely in and out of the car. Teamwork makes the dream work! 🙌❤️

And I have to say, he was an absolute superstar for the vets 🌟 Even when it came to having his temperature taken... which we all know isn't their favourite part! 😳😂🐕

Unfortunately, this handsome chap is going to need surgery, so I'll be heading back later this week to help his mum again. It's a bit outside my usual area, but as his mum said:

*"Nothing but the best for my baby."* ❤️🐾

And honestly, I completely understand. Our pets are family, and when they need us most, we'll do whatever it takes. 🥰🐶💙

🦊❤️ Meet this handsome young man, affectionately known as "Little Fox."

He and his mum have been part of my world for many years now, and when you've known people and their pets for that long, you don't just witness their journeys—you become a small part of them.

A lot has changed over the years.

Little Fox lost his dad, and his mum has never quite been the same since. He's lost his sight, he's developed diabetes, and age has gradually caught up with him too. These days he's an older gentleman, taking life at a slightly gentler pace. 🐾

His mum has changed too.

When we first met, she was still a spring chicken, completely independent and always on the go. But as the years have passed, life has had its challenges. Age has caught up, difficult experiences have left their mark, and, like many of us, she's finding that memory isn't quite what it used to be.

And that's okay.

One thing I've learned from doing this job is that support looks different for everyone.

If I'm not needed, I take a respectful step back.

If I am needed, I step forward.

Whatever that support looks like.

Because in our world, it isn't just about the pets. It's about the people too. ❤️

It's about understanding that life doesn't always go to plan. Sometimes people need a little extra help. Sometimes pets do too.

The relationships we build over the years become about far more than transport. They become about trust, kindness, and being there when life gets a little harder than expected.

If we can make things a bit easier for both pets and their owners, then we absolutely will.

That's what we're here for. 🐾❤️
