Exactly what you want to see when you bring a dog back from a training walk!
Millie is currently doing solo walks whilst I am working on her loose lead walking. As you can tell, she is working very hard and is absolutely smashing it. Mentally stimulated, happy, and calm is the aim for all our dogs

This is exactly why I love what I do.

I get quite a lot of new clients who are worried their dog might be “too much” for me. Maybe they pull, are nervous, reactive around other dogs, or are just generally hard work on walks 😂

I’m yet to meet a dog I haven’t been able to work with and build a lovely relationship with. ❤️

Being a solo dog walker means I can take the time to properly get to know each dog, what they like, what they don’t, what makes them nervous and, most importantly, what makes them happy.

And Millie absolutely smashed her first walk! 🥹
I’m so excited to have her join the Paws & Play crew, with the aim of eventually building her confidence enough to join our small group pack walks.

But there’s no rush. We’ll take it at her pace and work from there.

So if you’ve got a dog you worry might be “too difficult” for a dog walker, please don’t let that stop you getting in touch.

They don’t need to be perfect. They just need someone willing to understand them. 🐾❤️

🐾 A few solo and small-group dog walking spaces are now available in and around Bletchley!

That’s absolutely fine with me! At Paws & Play , I believe dogs should have the time and freedom to sniff, explore and enjoy their walks at their own pace.

Because I only offer solo and small-group walks, your dog gets plenty of individual attention, less time in vehicles and the space to truly be themselves. Sniffing is a brilliant way for dogs to exercise their minds as well as their bodies, so our walks are all about enrichment, fun and letting dogs enjoy the world around them.

Whether they love sniffing, playing, exploring or taking things slowly, every walk is tailored to suit them. 🐾

☀️ Summer 2027 is already starting to fill up! 🐾

I can’t quite believe I’m saying this already, but my July & August 2027 pet sitting diary is filling up faster than expected!

I’m definitely not trying to rush anyone into booking, but if you’re thinking about a holiday next summer and already have your dates in mind, it’s worth getting in touch sooner rather than later. That way I can let you know if I’m available before my diary fills up completely.

As always, my regular, repeat clients get first priority for summer bookings, so I don’t usually take on new clients for those peak weeks until my existing clients have had the chance to secure their dates. I hope you all understand that it’s my way of thanking those who continue to trust me with their pets year after year. ❤️

There’s nothing better than seeing dogs completely relaxed in my care. 🥹❤️

Walter is flat on his back with his tummy out, and Frank is happily snoozing next to me. It’s little moments like this that remind me how important trust is.

When I pet sit, your dogs stay in their own home, keeping to their normal routine and surrounded by everything they’re familiar with. It makes such a difference while you’re away.

For extra peace of mind, I’m fully insured, DBS checked and dog first aid trained. I’ve also been lucky enough to build up lots of 5⭐ reviews and wonderful repeat clients over the years.
