Our annual Sleepover is Saturday 12th December. 5 of our fabulous team will be taking to the kennels for the night to raise funds for our little Rescue 💚 Please sponsor us by using the QR code. Beautiful Daisy (was Boe) came into care because her owner could no longer afford the cost of her medical treatment. Daisy suffers from significant skin issues and allergies but has come on leaps and bounds with the correct treatment and diet.

She is the absolute sweetest of girls. Our kennel manager calls her Mary Poppins as she's "practically perfect in every way!" She is lovely with all and has been an angel in foster care. Daisy loves all people and is extremely friendly and fussy, a proper love bug!Daisy is fine with all dogs and has previously lived with them so can be placed with other dogs.

Daisy takes absolutely no notice of our kennel cat Zoe, so she can be placed with cats. Daisy is untested with livestock. Daisy was around very young children in her previous home and has mixed really well in foster care with children aged 4+ She would be best placed with dog savvy children as she can jump up but not overly so.

Daisy has some housetraining issues and can have an accident if she doesn't have garden access or is left too long. She has been clean in kennels, but she has got used to this over the past couple of months, so she will likely need patient retraining when she goes back into a home. Daisy never barks and can be left home alone for 3-4 hours, although, she would much prefer someone home for longer if possible. She gives you the saddest eyes when you leave and is beside herself with excitement when you return. Daisy had a long transport (4hrs +) into foster care, involving a changeover during the heat of the summer. She is fine in the car and took the long journey in her stride.

Daisy has had ongoing chronic yeast related skin issues and is currently taking Apoquel and being bathed in Coatex shampoo monthly.

She is a super cuddly, gentle little button who adores a fuss. She deserves an amazing forever family who can offer her the world and a comfy sofa to cuddle up on. Breed experience is not essential but a family experienced in managing allergies would be beneficial. Are you her forever family?

Let's talk Christmas! We know it's early, however, we wanted to let you know that our Christmas Open Day and Fair will be Saturday 12th December at our HQ! Festive fun at HQ while meeting the dogs who will spend Christmas in kennels.
Join us for an afternoon of warm food and drinks, Christmas themed stalls and more importantly, our Bulldogs! All dogs welcome too!
Then that same evening, 5 of our Trustees and volunteers will be staying on and spending the night in kennels! This is to raise some much needed funds for our charity.. so please dig deep if you can 🙏

Remember Matilda? Here's a wonderful update from her new family:
She is loving life, and enjoying going out and about more and more. She goes to watch the football every Saturday and Sunday, and has developed such a love for balls we have to keep her away from the match balls, but she really actually goes to football for all the attention she gets from the players and spectators! She has also developed a love for doggy soft play too!

It turned out she didn't have to move any further than the back door. Lady G is now a member of the Holmes household. 3 days in and she's actually OK with Bodhi (although he's not overjoyed at her being this side of the gate). It was a risk but her anxiety had reached breaking point and it was this or watch her behaviour continue to spiral. There were a few who came forward and offered her a home but all a fair distance away and therefore a massive risk if it went wrong and she was so far away. So, she's here. Who knew that would happen?
