We offer two types of visits, with the first being a 20-minute visit starting from £9.50 and the second being a 40-minute visit starting from £14.50. All our visi
ts include all the basics, such as cleaning litter trays, topping up the ever-important food and water bowls, and most importantly, giving your VIP some much-needed fuss (if they want it that is!). Additionally, we are more than happy to put the bins out, open and close blinds, etc. We cover many areas, including but not limited to:

We know how daunting it can be leaving your VIP in somebody else’s care and handing your house keys over to someone. We will do everything possible to reassure you through a pre-visit and daily updates with photos whilst you are away! For additional peace of mind, we are fully insured and hold clean DBS checks. - Although we strive to ensure visits are timed in line with the type of visit booked, there may be times in which visits may be shorter due to business demands. If this does happen we will, where possible, attempt to make this time up on a future visit. For example, if on a 20-minute morning visit we can only provide a 15-minute visit, we will strive to provide a 25-minute visit on the 20-minute evening visit.
- If a booking is cancelled on the day of the visit, or if we attend and are not needed, a full visit’s payment is required.
