One of my elderly clients has made the heartbreaking decision to rehome her beautiful 23-week-old Cockapoo puppy.

Unfortunately, he’s just a little too much for her to manage, and she feels he deserves a home that can give him all the time, attention and energy a young puppy needs. ❤️

🐶 A little about him:

* 🐾 23-week-old male Cockapoo
* 💉 Fully up to date with his vaccinations
* 💊 Up to date with worming and flea treatments (last given just last weekend)
* 🐕 Microchipped
* 🧸 Comes with his crate, lots of toys and plenty of puppy food

🏡 His ideal home

He’s looking for an active, loving household with plenty of time for him, where he can enjoy lots of playtime, walks, training and attention.

This little boy is still very much a puppy, so he needs someone who understands the commitment that comes with raising a young, energetic dog.

This has not been an easy decision for his owner, but she genuinely wants what’s best for him. ❤️

Finding the RIGHT home is far more important than finding just any home.

Appointments between now and Christmas are already starting to fill up quickly, and we don’t want any of our lovely clients to miss out on getting their pooches looking and feeling their best for Christmas! 🐶❤️

To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend booking your next TWO appointments as soon as possible. 📅✂️

By booking ahead, you can make sure your dog has their regular grooming appointments secured, including their Christmas groom 🎄🐾

Once the diary is full, we may not be able to squeeze in additional appointments, so please don’t leave it until the last minute!

❤️🐾 A VERY SPECIAL LITTLE GIRL NEEDS A LOVING HOME 🐾❤️

This is a post I never like having to write, but I’m hoping that by sharing it, we can find the perfect home for this beautiful little girl. 🥺❤️

One of my elderly clients is sadly having to go into residential care and, heartbreakingly, he is unable to take his beloved 5-year-old Maltese with him.

This is absolutely not a decision he has made lightly. He loves her dearly, but unfortunately circumstances mean he can no longer give her the home and care she deserves. His biggest wish is simply to know that she will be safe, loved and looked after. 🐶❤️

She is a quiet, gentle-natured little girl and we feel she would be ideally suited to an older couple or a single older person who would love the companionship of a little dog and can give her a calm, loving home.

She deserves someone who will treat her as part of the family, give her lots of love and cuddles, and let her enjoy a happy and settled life. 🏡❤️

🐶 THE REALITY OF GROOMING! 🐶

PLEASE, PLEASE BRUSH YOUR DOG! 🪮❤️

This poor dog had chewed his own leg off before coming in for a groom, and sadly, this was most probably caused by severe matting.

I really don’t think people realise just how dangerous badly matted coats can become. Mats can become so tight and compact that they pull on the skin and restrict or even completely cut off the blood supply to a limb.

In extreme cases, this can result in serious tissue damage and, tragically, the loss of a limb. 😢

Matting isn’t just a cosmetic problem — it can be extremely painful and life-threatening.

Regular brushing and grooming really can make a huge difference to your dog’s health and wellbeing. ❤️🐾

Please check your dog’s coat regularly, especially around the legs, armpits, ears and tummy.

A few minutes of brushing could save your dog’s life. 🐶❤️
