Calling all lemur lovers 🐒🌿 We’re Joining Forces for Lemur Conservation! 🇲🇬 🌿🐒
We’re incredibly excited to share that we’ve teamed up with The Lemur Rescue Centre in Madagascar to help support their amazing conservation work! ❤️
The rescue centre works hard to care for and protect lemurs, giving them a safe place to recover and helping to support the future of these incredible animals.
As part of our partnership, we’ll now be doing a special talk about the rescue centre every weekend, where you can learn more about the work they do, the lemurs they care for, and why conservation is so important. 🐒🌴
💚 Want to help?
Any donations, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will go towards supporting the rescue centre and its conservation efforts.
We also have a couple of special items available in our shop, with 100% of the profit going directly towards supporting the rescue centre. 🛍️🐒
Every little bit helps, and we’re so excited to be able to support such an important cause. Thank you to everyone who gets involved and helps us make a difference! 🌿❤️

Now that the school holidays are over - you must have hundreds of photos of OUR animals that you've taken on your visit here at Messingham Zoo.
Why not enter them into our 2027 Calendar competition.

They must be in landscape format

They must be OUR animals

You must give permission for us to use them

We will choose our favourites then put them on here for everyone to vote for the best 12 - 1 for each month
Then the 1 with the most votes will receive a free calendar 😊 The Last date for entry of your photos is Sunday 27th September.......good luck
