🐾 K9 SOLUTIONS – ONE-TO-ONE PUPPY TRAINING 🐾

Great session today with Kato, a cracking young German Shepherd, alongside his owners Jess and her partner. 🐕‍🦺

Today’s one-to-one was all about building engagement, communication and a solid foundation for future training.

We worked on:

🐾 Engagement games
🐾 Sit & down
🐾 Recall games
🐾 “Look at me” – focus and eye contact
🐾 Heel work
🐾 “Twist” – keeping training fun and interactive
🐾 Long-line walking and the “follow me” exercise

Kato did brilliantly. At this age, the aim isn't to make everything perfect — it's about teaching the puppy that engaging with the handler is rewarding, introducing structure and building good habits from the start.

A really enjoyable first session and plenty for Jess and her partner to practise before we build on it next time. 👏🐾

A massive congratulations to Macie O’Keefe and her dogs Mabel & Bear for successfully completing their Silver Training Course with K9 Solutions 👏🐶🐶
This wasn’t just a “turn up and hope for the best” course — the progress across the weeks has been brilliant to watch.
