Wild Ted Dog Adventures and Pet Services offers a professional, friendly, caring and fully insured local service for your pets. I am DBS checked and dog first aid/CPR trained. I take my business very seriously and in a largely unregulated industry, follow best practice as prescribed by various charities and animal organisations. My services include:

Dog adventures are varied, safe, and socially stimulating. All outings are tailored to your dog’s needs – such as ball-based adventures, socialisation based or training, and command-based – indeed most adventures are a mix of these things (solo walks and let outs also available). To ensure the safety and welfare of your dogs, outings only ever have a maximum of 4 dogs on adventures and I use a premium, state-of-the-art crate system for transporting your dog. At the end of our adventures, all dogs have their feet washed and depending on what the weather throws at us, are wrapped in high wicking towel robes to ensure they are cosy and dry off quickly before getting back home. Food and water are checked upon returning home. During cat or other small animal visits, I feed and cuddle your cat/furry one once, or several times a day if required, and ensure their needs are catered for in your absence. I also water plants, pick up post etc and ensure your home is okay. For secure dog field visits, I use a state of the art fully equipped dog field with a huge amount of apparatus and fun things to do to ensure fun, mental stimulation, socialisation and exercise. If you have doubts about dog fields, please see some of my posts and pictures on this topic. I have started being asked to occasionally chaperone dogs at weddings which is a great honour and delight. For this service, we sit down and discuss your exact requirements and plans for your big day ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly and as you wish it on the day. I walk your dog, take care of all it's needs, ensure your furry friend is present for every photo call and important part of the day whilst ensuring they get some rest in-between. Your animal's happiness and well-being are at the heart of everything I do. My dog van fully complies with Defra guidelines; it has emergency escape hatches ensuring two ways in and out of every crate, galvanised steel frames, heavy-duty rubber matting which is easy to clean and keep bacteria-free, excellent ventilation with air conditioning and two fans that run independently of the van as well as lockable, individual crates. As mentioned above, Wild Ted Dog Adventures and Pet Services is fully insured, DBS checked and dog 1st aid trained. References are readily provided upon request and prior to any adventure or indeed other service commencing, I will come to meet your dog, cat or other small animal and complete an assessment to make sure that we're a good fit for one another. And finally, a bit about me - after leaving a job in the concrete, corporate world, I set sail to the countryside for a change of pace and got my beloved dog Ted in 2019. Having grown up with dogs and other animals, having a family that fostered animals for various organisations, I could finally follow my passion long-time dream of providing your furry friends with love, care and attention when you need it most.
