Working here at Peaceful Paws of Melksham is our tiny piece of heaven. Clients become friends through the unfortunate loss and joint grief of their beloved pets.
I share this image of Nicky where you can see she is giving her undivided and absolute attention. The sorrowful calls that Nicky receives as pets come to their end of life. There are no words that totally express the compassion Nicky has for all who communicate with her, either in person or over the phone.

We had three surprised visits this morning as the office door was open. We thought the second visit was precious enough - but the third time was more of a 'are you going to take my photo or not?'
How could we refuse such an adorable baby swallow! What a charm.
