What a gorgeous pair of bunnies 😍

Jessica Rabbit and Hazel visited last week for their annual booster vaccinations, it is always a pleasure seeing them for their appointments.

When travelling with rabbit its always a great idea to bring some hay or greens for them to munch in their carrier, as periods without eating can leave them prone to life threatening gut stasis. It also helps to reduce stress and maintain hydration and energy 🐇

Who said a vet trip has to be stressful? This trio Bonnie, Tommy and Bobby came to see nurse Georgie for their six month health checks on Saturday, and were all signed off fit and well ❤️

As you can see they highly enjoyed their dreamies!

We have been very busy with visiting specialists for the last couple of weeks. On Thursday we had the lovely Kate from Rowe Referrals who is an Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Cardiology. She came and scanned three of our patients, in the video you can see our Student Nurse Lauren holding Bella on a specially designed, padded heart table for Kate while she carries out her echocardiogram. We are lucky to be able to offer this to our clients at our own practice here in Melksham ❤️

🐰Peanut🐇

Peanut came to see Federica earlier this week for his yearly vaccination. These vaccinations cover against myxomatosis and rabbit haemorrhagic disease (RHD), which are highly contagious and often fatal viruses.

We love rabbits here at The Beeches Vets, you can see Federica is particularly happy to have some warm fluffy cuddles! 🥰
