We have received our eight weeks' notice that the affordable homes on the lovely Townsend Farmyard development in Poulshot, near Devizes, will be handed over in mid July.
The homes are part of a community of 14 eco-friendly houses being built by Gaiger Homes on the edge of the village.
We have one three bedroomed house and one two-bedroomed house available to rent and one three-bedroomed house remaining for shared ownership sale.

It's hard to believe this tranquil scene is just a short walk from the hurly burly of the busy London Road in Marlborough (and it's also hard to believe how amazing the weather was).
Our Operations Director captured this when she poppd into The Green in Marlborough to catch up with our 16 residents there.
It's more than 18 months since we took on this scheme and we've made a lot of changes. One thing that hasn't changed is this quiet spot, which is popular with everyone who lives there.

Members of our Tenant Scrutiny Panel met to deep dive the comments given by tenants in our Tenant Satisfaction Survey carried out at the end of last year.
They trawled through 130 comments, most of which were very positive.
In the handful of instances where tenants expressed dissatisfaction, the panel looked at the comments and have now put a plan in place to investigate further and remedy where possible.
This is how we continually improve a service that earned a 95 per cent satisfaction rating in the survey and our tenants are at the heart of it

Our beautiful new homes at Garden Close in Sutton Benger are coming along nicely, as Operations Director, Belinda Eastland found when she visited the Hills Homes site with our agent Martin Stubbs to check on their progress.
We have purchased the affordable homes on the new estate on the edge of the village to provide much-needed affordable homes for people with a local connection.
We're expecting that by the end of the summer we'll be able to look for new tenants of three three-bed houses and two one-bed flats.
