🐾 Looks like giving up completely was not in the plan… 🐾

After a lot of thinking, soul-searching and changing direction, I’ve decided that perhaps I’m not quite ready to give up on the dream after all. ❤️

So… I’m very excited to share a little bit about my new business plan R&R Country Retreat! 🐶🌿

Rather than going down the route I originally planned, I’m going to be offering small-scale, home-from-home dog boarding, with just 1–2 dogs per holiday booking.

The idea is simple… your dog comes on holiday with us and gets to enjoy all the things that make a countryside getaway special. 🥰

🌳 Long country walks
🌊 Beach days & adventures
🐄 Fun on the farm
🎾 Plenty of playtime
🛋️ Lots of cuddles & home comforts
🦴 Treats (because obviously!)
❤️ And plenty of love, attention and one-to-one care

I want it to feel less like your dog is being boarded and more like they’re coming to stay with family for their own little holiday. 🐾

Because I’m keeping things deliberately small, I’ll only be welcoming 1–2 dogs at a time, allowing me to give each guest plenty of attention and make sure they’re happy, settled and enjoying themselves.

🐕 A few important bits:
I’ll be welcoming well-behaved, friendly dogs who are comfortable in a home/family environment.

To keep things manageable and safe for everyone, I’m unfortunately unable to accept unneutered pets.

This is something I’m really excited about and, most importantly, something I feel I can do properly giving every dog the care, attention, adventures and cuddles they deserve while their owners are away. ❤️

So perhaps giving up completely really wasn’t in the plan after all… 🥹🐾

🐾 Important Announcement 🐾
After an amazing 4 years, we wanted to let all of our wonderful customers know that we will be closing our doggy daycare and boarding services at the end of October 2026.
As of now, we will no longer be taking any bookings from October onwards.
This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s the right one for us as a family. We’re looking forward to spending more time together and making the most of precious moments with our own puppies 🐶💛
We are so incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who has trusted us with your doggies over the years. It has truly meant the world to us to be part of their lives from wagging tails to happy cuddles, we’ll cherish those memories forever.
Thank you for your support, loyalty, and kindness over the past 4 years. We will miss you all so much! 🐾
