Not my usual post but an important one.

It’s with a very heavy heart that we say goodbye to a very special boy, Oscar, who you may have seen on our page before🤍

On 22nd August 2026, Oscar gained his angel wings after bravely fighting cancer. Although it is upsetting that he is no longer with us, I feel so lucky to have been trusted to be small part of his life.

Oscar was more than just a dog, he was a beloved family member, a best friend, and a very special part of the lives of those who loved him. His little face, his grumpy man personality and all of the memories he created will never be forgotten. 🐾🤍

At Dee’s Dog Spa, our clients are never just dogs. Every single dog who walks through our doors becomes special to us, and we care for each and every one as though they were our own 🤍

Saying goodbye to a client like Oscar is one of the hardest parts of what we do. We feel incredibly lucky to have been a small part of his life and to have shared so many special moments with him.

Sometimes, the smallest paws leave the biggest footprints on our hearts. 🐾

Pups locky and Milly are enjoying the cool salon!

Our salon is open and running! We’re making sure your furbabies are comfortable and cool during this hot weather ☀️❄️

However if you feel you don’t want to make the journey in the heat to get to the salon we completely understand and support this! You know your dogs best and what they can handle! Because of this, if anyone does need to reschedule appointments due to the weather please let us know and we will help reschedule a time where it is more comfortable for your pup 🐾

Our brownies are for sale from today at £2 a piece to help Katies Runs, Fitness and Fundraising Pawfully Good Grooming support her goal by raising money for Mind towards her 1/2 marathon! 🏃‍♀️
