Endeavour Canine Highly experienced Instructor in Detection and Canine Cognition, I work with operational and sport handlers and agencies internationally.

Tired of the normal activity options available for your dog? There are so many Brain Training options for humans, why not give your dog a few more too. At K9 Brain Training I provide classes to help you keep your dogs brain occupied. Dogs are one of the most intelligent animals on the planet, so why shouldn't we appreciate this and give them more than just a walk in the park.

Teaching at Wiltshire OPEX was great this year! This is a fab video from Emily Storey Walker!

OPEX 2026! This year we did Wales, Wiltshire and then headed to Norfolk for a similar style seminar with a DDT Trial too! With instructors from the UK, US and Jersey, we had so much fun teaching, with so much learning done and amazing comments from everyone! 2027 will be in Wales only and 3 days, it’s already sold out for handlers but spectator spaces will be available and it’s well worth spectating!

Does anyone have a dog called Rogue?!

I have this stunning collar custom made for Rogue by Crazy Rebels but she’s never grown into it ☹️
She will have a new one but for now I’m selling hers for £85 or $110 plus postage
It can go back to the US this week or stay in the UK! It’s 16-18” with plenty of space so it’s just slightly big for her on the tightest so it would be good for labs, Shepherds etc.
It’s brand new and one of it’s kind!

Come with me for a week training Jersey Customs and Immigration Service detection dogs!
Last week I spent another week in Jersey training their Customs Detection K9’s Stinger and Viper, and trainees Rhino, Bully and Piglet.
We worked in multiple locations and worked on a variation of tasks including proofing for safety, risk training, intro searches for the newbies and blind searches for the operational teams. All of this alongside their operational work.
This regular training I conduct for these teams is key to keeping their high quality performance.
A successful week with some awesome progress!

🐾 What a fantastic couple of days! 🐾

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of teaching this fantastic group from the Ladies Working Dog Group here in Wales, and what a brilliant two days we’ve had! 💚

This was a follow-on from our Cognition Clinic earlier in the year, where each dog completed their individual cognition tests. 🧠🐕‍🦺

Over these two days, we took those individual test results and really dug into what they told us about each dog, their strengths, their challenges, how they learn and how they approach different problems.

Most importantly, we looked at how we can apply that information to their Gundog training, adapting the way we train each individual dog to work with who they are, rather than taking a one size fits all approach.

It’s been fantastic seeing the handlers put the theory into practice and watching those little lightbulb moments happen with both dogs and people! 💡🐾

And because this group is always up for an adventure, we’re already making some very exciting plans for next year… 👀

There’s a training week AND a beach trip in the pipeline! 🌊🐕‍🦺☀️

I honestly can’t wait. More training, more learning, more working dogs and plenty of fun along the way!

Here’s to the next chapter… 2027, we’re coming for you! 💚🐾🌲🌊

So looking forward to this weekend!!

Rowdy had decided that my beautiful cages from Top Dog Custom Cages weren’t quite chew proof enough! So whilst I’m away teaching in Jersey, they’ve had my van back in and made one cage completely chew proof, whilst still maximising on the space for the dog!
These guys are fantastic and their cages are always so well thought out, I’ve had custom kit outs from them in multiple vehicles now from awkward Defender cages to a full camper van kit out.
If you need any sort of cage system I would highly recommend them!
