On Thursday night we held our pub quiz at Cumnock Rugby Club with a few of our friends from Beith & District Young Farmers Club joining us 😆 It was a great night with some interesting questions and some games after to get us moving!

The results for the quiz are as follows:

🎳AYRSHIRE BOWLING 🎳

A massive well done to our members who competed in the Ayrshire Bowling competition today, Mauchline A placing 2nd and Mauchline B Placing 3rd! 🏅🤩

Also a huge well done to Ross Watson for getting King Pin! What an achievement!

We wish Mauchline A the best of luck when they go on to compete in the national competition in February 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Come along to our open Beef and Sheep Stockjudging in conjunction with Ayr Young Farmers on Friday 11th September, this year held at Orchardton Farm by kind permission of the Nisbet family! 🐄🐑

🏑WEST AREA HOCKEY TOURNAMENT🏑

On Sunday we had a few of our members compete in the West Area Hockey Tournament. 🏑

A huge well done to Lauryn Hanlon, Kate Drummond, Heather Howat, James Hunter and Gavin Kirkland who came 4th in the Ayrshire B team! 🤩🏅

A big well done must also go to Scott Anderson and Jack Reid who were also in the Ayrshire B team and to the Ayrshire A team for placing 3rd🥉

Both teams will now go ahead to compete in the National Competition 🤩🤞

🗣️MATTER OF OPINION NIGHT 🗣️

On Sunday night we held out Matter of Opinion night at Stair Community Centre. There was a good turn out of members especially some of our new younger members! 🤩

There were some very interesting questions up for debate with some great opinions and answers from everyone! 🗣️
