So excited to see the field showing on Google earth with the temporary fencing of tape and posts that Becca has installed, massively impressed with the straight lines 👏 Severn Trent will hopefully be getting the water connected soon, then the plan is to get a few more paddocks set up, so we can see how the land holds up over winter. The map your fields on Duncan Equine website, is great for marking out your paddocks, to get a rough idea of meterage. Can’t wait to get some hedging and trees planted too, when we eventually have the paddocks set up. I’m hoping to use the far left triangle part of the field for dog walking. Love the fact there is a strip paddock (S) as I had this at BWC, so quite nice for reminiscing.

Excuse the pot belly, Kato is living her best life 🙈 H is the perfect size for her now, forget showjumping, I may aswell just produce a kids pony again 🤦‍♀️

How many bales of hay can fit in a Ford transit custom… the answer would be 14 🤣 I could only ever fit 5 in my pick up and that was with 1 on the back seats (luckily leather seats) 🙈 I normally only ever buy rounds, as so much more affordable but currently can’t store them, I would be interested to know, if I could fit a round in the back tho 🤣

So nothing much to report on the field, as I have a lot going on, I have a lovely bunch of girls taking care of it for me and hopefully they will stay, when i eventually move over with Kato.
The sale of our house is so slow 😣 planning permission has just gone in for change of use on the field, so please think positive thoughts for me 🙏 and water still needs to get connected but I am waiting on a neighbour for that, who has been busy lambing, so that could take a while 😅 so this page will become everything Kato and friends, evolvement of the track hopefully and lots of dog stuff.
So on my first doggy post, Spud has been with us 12 weeks and has lost 7kg, we walked to pets at home yesterday to get him weighed. Another new update is that my pick up truck died and I am now the proud owner of a transit custom, in which when we eventually move, I will be able to install doggy crates in.
