🐴 Progress update on Dolly! 🐴

Dolly is coming on brilliantly! She’s gaining confidence every day, taking busier roads in her stride, and is already much happier with drain grids and road markings. As the saying goes… miles make’s a horses! 👏

At R&L Horses, we’ve been putting plenty of miles behind dolly, and she’s loving every second. For Dolly, it’s not work—it’s something she genuinely enjoys, and it’s showing in her

If you have one that needs confidence-building, or simply want to keep your horse fit and progressing, we’d love to help.

Dolly – Week 3 Update! 🐴❤️

What a week it’s been! Over the weekend, Dolly went into the cart like a pro, stepped off beautifully, and was so settled we confidently took her out on the road.

On Monday, she had a fresh set of shoes and started her ridden work. Our jockey absolutely loves her, saying she has “a mouth like butter” and is a pleasure to ride.

Today, Dolly’s owner came to see her progress and was over the moon. The transformation in just three weeks has been incredible, and we’re excited to see where she’ll be this time next week! 🌟

Meet Dolly. 🐴
Dolly has been with us at R&L Horses since the 28th of June. When she first arrived, she wouldn’t let us go anywhere near her back end or hocks, so we knew earning her trust had to come first.
By working at her own pace with plenty of patience, she’s come on in leaps and bounds. In such a short space of time, she’s grown in confidence and is turning into a lovely mare.
Dolly is now in for breaking to ride and drive, and we’re excited to see her continue to progress. With a little more time, love, and care, we know she’ll make an even more fantastic mare.
We’re incredibly proud of how far she’s come already and look forward to sharing more updates on her journey with you all. ❤️ message to get your horses/ pony’s booked in 🐎🐴

🌟 New Arrival at R&L Horse Joggers 🌟

We have a lovely Welsh x Cob with us at the moment to be broken to ride and drive.

When she arrived, she was very timid around her hindquarters and wasn’t comfortable having her back feet picked up. With patience, consistency, and daily desensitisation work, she’s already making fantastic progress.

She’s proving to be a very quick learner with a lovely attitude, and we’re excited to continue building her confidence and watching her develop. 💛🐴

Keep an eye on our page for updates on her journey!
