Accessories designer Amy Fleuriot and craft development expert Bee Friedmann first met in 2011 while walking their dogs in London Fields Park in Hackney, London. They quickly discovered a common love for design, animals, and sustainability, and almost as quickly converted their shared passions into an accessories brand named after their two dogs, Hiro + Wolf. The brand officially launched in the Summer of 2013 with a collection of vibrant, ethically made products for pets. Fabrics for the vibrant collection of pet accessories are hand selected from around the world, many ethically sourced during trips to Kenya. Amy + Bee are proud to manufacture all of their pet accessories in the UK. Designed and sampled in their East London studio under the watchful eyes of the in-house hounds, all leads and collars are then skilfully trimmed with bright neon and luxury vegetable tan leathers and fitted with hardware by hand in an all female enterprise in Staffordshire. Now an internationally recognised brand, Hiro + Wolf collections are sold in stores worldwide. Hiro + Wolf have achieved significant media attention with features in national publications including Elle Decoration, Living etc. In addition to Hiro + Wolf, Amy + Bee have curated a unique shopping destination for people and their pets. Situated on Columbia Road Flower Market 'Artisans + Adventurers' stocks the full selection of Hiro + Wolf accessories alongside their much loved collection of jewellery (formerly also under the Hiro + Wolf brand), homeware and gifts all hand made to Fair Trade standards.

Spooky Saturday is back for its 8th year! 🎃🐾

Margate’s favourite Halloween treat trail returns and this year we’re raising money for something close to home.

🎃 Saturday 31st October 2026 · 1pm–4pm
👻 Get the kids in costume and follow the treat trail around Margate & Cliftonville 60+ treat stops to discover
🎟️ £5 wristbands per child, available now from AARVEN on King Street
🐾 Dog costume parade at 4pm at The Centre Shopping Precinct — bring your pup in their spookiest best!

All proceeds go to building the Margate RNLI’s new lifeboat station 🚤 keeping our volunteer crews saving lives off the Kent coast for years to come.

Last year we had 60+ stops and raised over £1,200 and wristbands sold out, so don’t leave it too late!

We're not usually ones to gush but when we realised its been 6 years since our super Store Manager, Natalie, joined our pack we had to give her a shout out ☀️

It’s been a very good Summer for cute doggos in store! Thank you to everyone who has been in with their four legged friend for a treat, a tummy rub and a new collar or lead. Getting to cuddle cute pups on a daily basis is undoibtedly one of the best parts of our job! 🐶
