Have you seen who’s joining us at the Spirit of Tenterden Festival? The Recreation Ground will be packed with an incredible mix of local businesses, artisan makers, food producers, community groups, charities and specialist traders, making this one of the biggest and most diverse the festival has ever hosted.

Browse handmade gifts, jewellery, ceramics, stained glass, homeware, woodcrafts and botanical products from our talented makers and artisans. Discover local food and drink from vineyards, distilleries, farms and producers, enjoy delicious street food and sweet treats, and meet some of the fantastic charities and community organisations that help make Tenterden such a special place to live.

And while you're exploring the stalls, there's plenty more to enjoy. The festival also features a packed programme of free family activities throughout the weekend, along with live music on the stage, arena attractions and entertainment across the festival grounds, showcasing talented local musicians, bands, and performers.

West Malling Farmers Market is back this Sunday, 26th April in the High Street from 9.30am to 1.30pm.

It’s a great chance to shop local and keep your spending within the community. Everything on offer comes straight from nearby producers, so your money goes directly to the people who grow, raise, bake and make the products they are selling.

You’ll find a lovely selection of fresh, seasonal produce including meat and game, fresh fish, artisan breads, cheeses, sausages, fruit and veg, honey, locally roasted coffee, juices, cookies, marinades and gins.

There’s also a mobile sharpening service on site, which is useful if you need garden tools brought back to life.

The local shops and businesses are open too.
