And the winter waterproofs box is officially open!
What a downpour this evening, plus all the wind!

The cats are all sat on their electric heat pads, the dogs have got their overhead heaters on, hanging directly over their beds.

We'll still be taking all the dogs out at bedtime. The weather radar looks like 8.10pm might be a short window where we might not get soaked! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

It looks like the wind is sticking at around 50mph for a bit, then worsens around 4am.

If you are due to drop off or pick up an animal tomorrow morning, and want to delay until 10am/11am please drop us a message.

It's the false drop towards the end and the way she snaps it back up that made us laugh.

Today we present our Saturday spaniel club, Bailey, Bea, Perran and Lowen.

Then from earlier in the week we have hide-and-seek Maj, silly Sid on the floor, and Archie who very much enjoyed having cuddles.

We always ask owners if their dogs are sociable, and we honestly don't mind if they are or aren't. But for the ones that are, we think we are pretty good matchmakers 😍

Lots of our solo dogs love having a buddy and get so excited to see their new friends.

We have had such handsome beauties this past month in the cattery.

Catnip lick-e-lix and cheese Dreamies take the top spots on our cat-snack-leaderboard.

When you're thinking about blackberry picking and Cassie the Labrador decides they are 100% ripe and ready for eating.

She helps herself to a few on each walk... 🫟😁
..and got a few as a special snack at teatime from our blackberry picking box that we filled up. 💜
