I have a 12:30 slot this Wednesday if any of you would like to book your pups in for a freshen up with me 🐾❤️🐾

So Facebook asks daily what’s on your mind, and daily I ask this question but never more so than this week, business has been really slow lately, not just for me but for everyone I know in the dog grooming sector but what really hurts is when you have bookings scheduled, so you get up, pay to get to work make arrangements for your own child/dogs care and nobody shows up!
I guess This is the reality of running your own business! So here’s my request to you, if you make an appointment stick to it, if you can’t make it let me know i’m more than happy to rearrange but please don’t no show, a no show is a full loss of earnings, to you - it might just be a missed appointment “I’ll go elsewhere” but to me I trust you when you say you want an appointment so I trust you when you say you want to book in.

Going forward I am going to be asking for a deposit on all of my bookings to be paid in advance to secure the appointment as I can’t afford to keep making a loss on my bookings.

I hope all my VI Paw crew understand

Love always
