🫶 Chester & Belle’s Gentle Groom 🫶 A big welcome to these two lovely siblings who came in for their first grooms with me 🥰

The main focus was on getting them comfortable and feeling good. We took our time and worked slowly through their coats, keeping their comfort at the heart of everything 💕

Chester is a senior boy at 12 and is partially blind, so grooming can understandably be a little daunting for him — particularly around his face. We took things slowly and did our best to keep him comfortable and relaxed 🥹

They were both absolute sweethearts, and it was lovely having them in ✨ They’re already booked in for their next pamper, so we can keep their coats comfortable and manageable and hopefully build their confidence with me as we go 🐾💖

Who’s a happy girl?! Lovely Luna 😍🌙 This beautiful Staffie × Frenchie came to me for her first visit and what a treat she was!

After a good deshed, lots of cuddles and plenty of fuss, just look at those gorgeous eyes and that beautiful smile! 😍

She was such a good girl throughout her groom. The hairdryer wasn’t quite her favourite part, but she was so lovely to work with 💕 And just look at all that hair! 😂

I’m looking forward to seeing this lovely girl again! 🐾💗

🦋 Lara’s Little Journey 🦋 Sweet Lara is a very nervous rescue girl, and this was only her second ever professional grooming session 🥹💕

During her first visit, we took things right back to basics — sitting on the floor with her favourite liver paste, and introducing her to the different sights, sounds and smells. She managed a little bath, but the dryer was just too much for her, so she went home wet.

This time, she came in so much more confident, coming straight over to me for cuddles and happily settled for a good brush 🥰

The bath was still a little tricky, so we took our time. We introduced the dryer very slowly, starting with just the sound before introducing the air. With the quieter Artero Exo dryer, lots of reassurance and plenty of liver paste, she managed to get nearly completely dry! 🥹👏

I’m so proud of her progress already, and I can’t wait to watch her confidence grow even more 💗

Not many photos were taken, and honestly, that’s okay. When a nervous dog is learning that grooming is a safe place, her comfort comes first 🐾💕

💚🧸 Super Ted’s First Groom! 🧸💚 A very special first professional groom for little Super Ted! 🥹

We took everything at his pace, starting on the floor with lots of treats, praise and cuddles to make sure he felt comfortable. He was so, so good throughout! 💚 Although a little unsure of the dryer at first, he quickly realised it wasn’t scary and happily finished drying on the table ⭐

We gave him a little tidy-up trim, keeping everything positive and stress-free. His favourite toy, Woody, came along for some extra comfort — and of course had to join the photos! 🤠

Such a gorgeous little boy. I can't wait to see him again! 🥰

🌺 Nala’s Fresh Start! 🌺 Sweet Nala came in for a much-needed pamper, and what a transformation! 🐾✂️

Her coat was very overgrown and matted, so it took a little extra time and care to get everything comfortable, tidy and manageable again.

Nala was such a good girl throughout, and it was lovely to see her looking and feeling so much fresher afterwards 💖✨

✨🎩 Gentle Giant Reggie 🎩✨ A big welcome to handsome Reggie, a lovely Rottweiler x Poodle boy who visited for his first time! 🐾

His mum loves his natural, slightly scruffy look, so his groom was all about a good freshen-up rather than a big transformation. After a relaxing bath, a gentle tidy-up, nail trim and paw tidy, he was looking and feeling his best 🥰

Despite his size, Reggie was the sweetest, gentlest boy... even offering me his paw like the little gentleman he is! 🥹🤝

Such a pleasure to groom, and I can't wait to see this big softie again! 💛

💜 Happy Harley 💜 This gorgeous girl came in for her first pamper with me, and she settled in brilliantly 🥰

She enjoyed a full groom, including a tidy-up and nail trim (which she definitely needed 💅), and left feeling much fresher and more comfortable. She took everything in her stride and was an absolute pleasure to groom 💕

🐾🩷 Beautiful Luna 🩷🐾 This was Luna's very first professional groom, so when she first arrived she was understandably a little unsure. We started off nice and slow, using treats and positive reinforcement before even beginning her groom.

Seeing her relax enough to lie on her side and ask for cuddles just a few minutes later was such a special moment 🥹

Every dog is an individual, and building trust is every bit as important to me as the groom itself!
