Bedding Appeal... ✨
We've currently got some poorly puppies with us, and that means we're going through our bedding supply pretty quickly. If you're having a clear-out and find some unwanted towels, sheets, or blankets, please consider dropping them off at our centre to help bulk up our supply. 🥹

Unfortunately, we can't accept duvets, pillows, and sleeping bags as our dogs like to chew them up, so they can be more of a hazard.

We are open from 10am - 4pm daily. Thank you, everyone, in advance.

🎆 In the lead up to firework season, it's a good idea to establish a pet den! Notice where your pet naturally chooses to retreat and make it comfortable and inviting.

Consider adding:

✅ Their favourite bed or comfortable blankets
✅ Familiar toys and blankets carrying familiar scents
✅ Water nearby so they don’t need to leave their safe space
✅ A favourite chew, treat or enrichment activity, if they want it

The aim is for this to become an established safe space well before fireworks begin. Here's a pet den our surgery team have created to help give you some inspiration!

⚠️ If you're concerned about your pet and the upcoming firework season, please speak to us. We can provide you with lots of easy-to-implement tips and, if required, supplements and medication to help alleviate their anxiety, as well as booking you in with our Pet Behaviourist Rachel Green RVN CertFN MISAP AdvDipCanBeh if needed.

➡️ Supplements available to purchase in our surgery include SereniCare & Zenidog and Zenifel. If you have any questions about these products, our team will be happy to help: https://www.thepetvet.co.uk/contact/?utm_source=facebookandinstagram&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=fireworks
