Unfortunately, our computer system is currently down, meaning we are unable to access our records or carry out many of our usual services.

At present, we are unable to access appointments, client accounts, estimates, test results or contact information. We apologise for any disruption this may cause.

For any repeat medication requests, non-urgent appointments, general enquiries or registrations, please contact us via our website or get in touch from Monday afternoon. We will respond to your enquiry as soon as we are able to.

If your pet is unwell and requires urgent veterinary attention, please contact Pet Medics in Worsley on 0161 794 4999 for assistance.

Please be aware that our phonelines and computer systems are down as we are currently experiencing internet problems which may go on until tomorrow afternoon.

If you would like to book an appointment please book online via our website.

To order repeat medication please use our repeat medication tab on our website and all orders will be ready to collect from Friday.

If you have an emergency please email the surgery on [email protected] and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

We do apologise for any inconvenience and we are trying to get this fixed as quickly as possible
