WE FINALLY HAVE AN OPENING DATE FOR HEATON MOOR SHOP & GROOMING SALON

We will be opening on 15th September from 9am! 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, popped their head in to say hello and followed along while we’ve been getting everything ready. We can’t wait to welcome you all through the doors!

🏳️‍🌈 HAPPY PRIDE WEEKEND 🏳️‍🌈

A little throwback to one of our favourite Pride weekends!

As a gay owned business, Pride weekend means a lot to us. It’s a celebration, but it’s also an important reminder of how far we’ve come, and how much there is still to fight for.

Even today, we still come across so much negativity online and sadly, sometimes right in front of our own eyes. It’s heartbreaking to think that someone’s sexuality can still be a problem for some people in 2026.

We’ll always support Pride because everyone deserves to feel accepted, loved and free to be themselves. And as parents, we want our son to grow up in a world where who you love is never something that needs explaining, defending or hiding. ❤️

So have the most amazing Pride weekend everyone!

Our Kampus store will be closed this weekend while the garden comes alive with all the Pride celebrations (a little too lively and loud for the dogs unfortunately)

We’ll be out celebrating over the weekend so hopefully see some of you ❤️

A few months ago, we had a very special visitor at daycare from Manchester City , Joško Gvardiol ⚽️

As a small business, we’re incredibly proud to have opportunities like this. It was a pleasure getting to know Josko, chatting with him about his love for dogs, showing him around The Barkside, and of course introducing him to all of the dogs!

The dogs absolutely loved him… although probably not quite as much as Dan did, being the massive City fan that he is! 🫣
